Sorry for double-post, but I also was experiencing a multi-second delay on weapon swaps in PVP last night. Possibly due to the volume of folks on Wabba, but still, it directly lead to at least 2 of my own deaths. The rest were totally on my own head

I hate to be Capt. Obvious here... but if a launch involves a "severely broken game" it's NOT a @#%$! smooth launch.

More properly worded imo would be a smooth launch with few bugs such as GW2 for instance vs mediocre reviews and a premature launch such as ESO with bugs and imbalances and lack of design to bring more casual and hardcore gamers together under one environment? Every MMO has got to be different in some ways but not every MMO fortunately has to make so many generic mistakes. How can an open beta have turned out so flawed? How does testing a characters build against single-player-only bosses in the main story line no less be so cruel and meaningless in a MMO environment where you otherwise can choose to never have to go up against a boss by yourself--where all dungeons are public or private group controlled?

Enchanting has one of the most annoying bug.

No matter that the skill is hard to raise but between 27-29 you need around 500,000 xp. While 29-50 scales better, with 29-30 need 70,000 xp and so on.

Those 500,000 xp equals to almost 5-6 levels in Enchanting.

Many I know of have made bug report, but nothing has happened more than two months now.

Yep, the 'work around' is to stop at that lv and go bookcase hunting lol. Or power through the pain. Leveling that skill is pure crap. Just like anything, you can hit max level without crafting a single piece .... and in fact it's the only way to do it

Forced MMO interacting I guess. Done tons of farming, and still L30, even after burning 120 'Ta' around P5 to get past that said hurdle.

The quest "Zeren in Peril" is now broken. The portal that warps in the Covenent General simply isn't spawning.

Relogging, reloading the UI, and running the game repair tool does not fix the issue.

Does anyone know of a workaround? This quest is as the end of the Bal Foyen quest chain, and is essential for progressing to the next zone (Stonefalls).

Shadow Mundus 100% not working. Hemmorhage is far lower than +10% (unless it's (150%)(1.1) = 155% critical damage and not 150% + 10%

Giant Friend/Skald Kings Arrow/Skald Kings Salvation still not unlocked for me..I did the quests and everything....yes 1.1.4 fixed the quest achievement (got my pact title now yay) but these 3 WERE supposed to be given in 1.1.3 which messed it all up....and I still don't have them..these 3 are a major pain in our butts

God of Schemes is blocked for me because Molag Bal will either not drop me, or drops me from such a height that I die immediately. Sort of a bad quest to have no fix by now...

I was really hoping to get to some veteran content soon.

Just an fyi since server maintenance Skyshards are not showing up in skill points once collected now.

Same here - God of Schemes final battle is bugged. Seriously - I paid for this game and a monthly sub and what am I getting? A broken game...

New Hotfix worked for me, no issues....I would have thought that I would have leveled though all the way to 50 (seeing as I was about at the halfway mark on 49) and would have been granted a skill point or two (not given a single one)...

Maybe it is good enough that I got my character's soul back?

I keep getting Error 318 (6:3:1192:2) when I bash/interrupt with my Dragonknight characters. They are the only ones that use a shield, and of course are also one-handed fighting. I cannot be spamming as the message accuses me of, as I did not enter anything at all in the chat window. If I don't use bash/interrupt much I don't get this error. When I do, it kicks me out of the game, after my attacks quit working for about 5 seconds in-game. My other characters don't use bash/interrupt at all, and I have no trouble with them. This has been an ongoing issue ever since I made my first Dragonknight characters. I thought they fixed it with the patch 1.1.2, but yesterday I found out different. Please fix this problem or get with me to help you find the cause. It could have something to do with:

Satellite Internet (Wildblue) 400KB/sec (KBytes) measured download speed, 3Mbps (Mbits) officially, upload speed is 1/4 download speed. Ping times are around 1000ms to anywhere, 800-900 if lucky. It takes time for the radio signals to get to/from the Satellite (at the speed of light). Could be latency issues, lots of latency in Satellite Internet.

I've been getting frame stutter & fps drops since the last patch. I've tried updating vid card drivers, disabling unused audio drivers, disabling all add-ons, closing game launcher, relog/reboot/restart.

Also Giant Camp (world boss) is bugged in The Rift (vet area). he spawns & you can kill it but he doesn't give XP & you don't get credit for killing him.

After the reboot due to the recent maintenance, it spawned for me. Not sure how long that situation will last, but it should be worth trying again now.

Shouldn't this thread be getting updated more often? The last ZOS update in the OP was almost a month ago. They are either not keeping up with the "known issues" or they are way, way behind on what is "in-progress". It would be nice if we had a more current idea of which issues are being acknowledged and worked on and which are not.

The endless loading screens and endless "Requesting character load" are back and not just in Cyrodiil.

Will the V5 mobs in Cyrodiil be changed back to 50's or V1's so people can again solo quest in the area?

Will the game be adjusted so that builds other than AOE can be viable?

Are you working on the fix and/or fixes that have to do with nvidia graphics cards causing the game to crash before even reaching the Sign in page?

I've been reading forums about this and it seems this problem has not even been addressed.

5 part, Hunding Rage set bonus is not applied on Stampede.

While the bonus given to the other abilities is less than should be.

Also

5 part set Death Wind doesn't seem that is working at all on any 2H attack.
Either with or without style-ability.
