Tried just now, 6am pacific time, still broken, for once I am upset there was no maintenance this morning. I tried not playing at all yesterday. Downloaded three free to play games, deleted them all after about one minute, each. Must face my addiction head on, aka made an alt on a different faction so I don't run into this quest again.
So...they basically say "yes, we know there's a quest bug stopping you from accessing half/most of the content, but we don't know how to solve it nor when we will know, so just shut up and go do smth else"?o_OSo I decided to log a support request and they are confirming it's a known issue but I'm not sure I appreciate the advice to go back to Alik'r:Response By Email (Diogo) (06/05/2014 09:46 AM)

Well in lamen, yes. WHat part about that is ahrd to understand that they cant just "fix" it. Would you prefer, them to hold your hand at your bed side telling you it's going to be alright? Cuz the have more important things to do than listen to people raging at them for their troubles. Do you like it when your boss is yelling at you when you try to work

What I would like for them to do is be able maintain their own game. We aren't their bosses, we are their *** CUSTOMERS. You buy something from someone and it breaks, preventing you from using it as it was designed and when you FINALLY get a response from them, they say "eh, we'll fix it whenevz" are you seriously saying you wouldn't stop doing business with them? If you would keep buying their crap product, then you are a fool.
If I were the boss of the employee who keeps breaking more things than he fixes and doesn't even bother to tell me when and what he is planning to do to fix the new problems he created...you're right, yelling at him would be useless, I'd just fire him.Fairydragon3 wrote: »magdalina157eb17_ESO wrote: »So...they basically say "yes, we know there's a quest bug stopping you from accessing half/most of the content, but we don't know how to solve it nor when we will know, so just shut up and go do smth else"?o_OSo I decided to log a support request and they are confirming it's a known issue but I'm not sure I appreciate the advice to go back to Alik'r:Response By Email (Diogo) (06/05/2014 09:46 AM)

But since I cannot fire them and I am forced to pay them, I'd like to at least hear SOMETHING. Like them to spend precious 5 minutes to come here and tell us of their plans.
And no, I'm certainly not going to be understanding about how they "cant just fix it". They could just break it perfectly fine, seeing as it worked before this Monday>.>
