Ha. Funny you should say. I never even got my free month for purchasing the game. I was immediately billed. We've gotten screwed every way you look at this. I'm sure glad these guys don't build cars. They'd randomly explode.I bought the game almost a month ago. Played 2 days then ran into the login 301 error loop. Sent in ticket after ticket, did all they said. Nothing worked. They stopped answering my emails. Then the patch. The 301 loop was gone. I logged in and now 4 days of NPC's named "Offline" quests named, "Unknown Quest". So $80/Imperial for 2 days of play. Really hope they are able to fix the issues as I liked the game but feel I should get my month of free play.
