I've finally given in.
If there's one thing I've ever been renowned for, it's my patience. I have the tolerance and patience of a Saint.
But holy Lord is this absolutely disgusting.
Not only the state of the game, but the customer service and support is astonishingly bad.
I had a lot of faith in Elder Scrolls Online, regardless of the terrific negative feedback it had been receiving before it was even released.
I bought the game on release, the disk copy. It has taken me three weeks to actually install the game. THREE WEEKS
Is this acceptable? Why is the default optimisation for the game so messed up? Why is the launcher broken? Why does the game not install from the disks properly?

AND WHY THE HELL more than anything, have I made a thread regarding an in game issue ignored? To add insult to injury not ONLY is the thread ignored, but a mod DELETED a post I made bumping the thread?
Are you *** kidding me? THE MOD HAD ACKNOWLEDGED the thread existed, VISITED the thread and instead of ANSWERING my query, they delete a post?!

An appalling launch, even after such a long Beta. I hope the worst for your game Zenimax. I'm not even bothered about the base £40 I spent on your game, money isn't the issue here, the issue is your service and attitude.
How many people have unsubbed before the free month has even ended?

Screen shot this post, Elder Scrolls Online will crash and burn, everyone can see it. It'll be free to play quicker than Star Wars: The Old Republic went, (that game was less buggy and *** than what elder scrolls online turned out to be.)

Anyone experiencing any issues with this game, just unsub now, Zenimax aren't working to fix it. They're saying they are, to keep your sub on.

    When hundreds of thousands of other people, (total random number), have been able to install and play with no issue, the problem isn't the game.
    Without seeing the tickets you posted to try and get CS help, it's hard to guage whether you've received good service or not.
    I am one of those that had been banned incorrectly. I lost a bunch of bank slots due to a bug. I was kind of astonished at how well Zenimax CS came through when I requested some kind of something for the trouble.
    being patient, kind and polite generally seems to help. (Not saying you haven't been)

    Not sure what your post was about, but your post was probably deleted so others didn't see / use the exploit you posted about,or your concern had already been voiced in multiple threads. It was probably not a direct shot at you, so you shouldn't take it personal.

    All of the other babble you posted, is all out of anger and really not worth feeding.

    Zenimax has thrown an extremely poor optimised game at you, refuse help to players. Aren't dealing with issue's, have PAID for positive reviews.
    They're greedy. They don't care about you, the player. All they want is your money. Yet you can't even see that.

    I'm sorry? There was a bug in game, where NPC's weren't spawning, and I made a post requesting help.
    Nobody replied, so I bumped the post. The Mod THEN deleted the bump, and did not acknowledge the original post and assist with the issue.

    You say they need a wakeup call because their game doesn't run on ONE machine, yet you acknowledge there are other complaints?
    Are you dumb or ignorant? the number of threads about the game not running/downloading/installing properly exceed any other type of thread on these forums. Go look yourself.

    I love the game, have had very few issues. Those issues I did have were addressed relatively fast. Forum admins have also been very helpful to me as well. Admins will assist if they can, but they are not the customer service team.

    Great game imo. Sorry your experience wasn't great... but sometimes the fastest customer service is Google... or any search site. Some isolated issues may be hard to identify the problem and it could be many reasons including something not relating to eso. Regardless theses goodbye I'm quitting posts are against the rules and will be closed.

    100% agree. Ignore all the trolls - You started off with you have extreme patience, as do I. I stood up for this god forsaken piece of *** game before it was even launched and told all my friends to buy it.

    HUGE mistake. So disappointing, this game could have been awesome had they not had idiots working for customer support at least.

    I think I shall be joining you. I was convinced I was going to sub to this for 6 months or even lifetime if they offered it but under-whelming customer support and my personal bugbear - the fact that when I logon I play 'Inventory Management Sub-Game - for an hour, mean I am not renewing.

    I think I'll come back in 6 months or so, see how they've sorted it out, but right now it's not really ready for commitment IMO.
