Crying for help, Begging for understanding.

The day passed without success. Today in the morning my account was banned : @Bortman. At my first visit to support the operator said that my account is deactivated for violating the Terms of Service of The Elder Scrolls Online. However, the operator did not say what was the reason.

In my opinion this could lead to the fact that several times I sank on a horse through the texture and broke up in different parts of Cyrodiil locations. Use this as a reason for the ban seems to me incorrect. After all, I did not cause any harm to one creature in Tamriel, I do not sell gold and received no personal gain, other than that I did not use any third-party programs. Im just running around on my horse. Its so unfair, mate T__T

All I got is my broken armor, used a bunch of soul gems. In this regard, I ask to get access to the game, nothing illegal, immoral or disturb the balance of the game I'd do not.

But this is only the first part of the problem, the second part of the problem is that I can not respond to you directly from my mailbox to the answers of your agents. For some unknown reason to me your spam filter blocking my emails. In connection with what I write such a detailed inquiry and will put all personal nformation that I remember. I love this game and get pleasure from it, particularly from the study of various hidden corners. I really hope for your understanding, guys.

Ask to forummates, could you help me to bring this message to support folks?

I wish I could help, but I too have been unfairly banned in game by forum moderators no less. Customer service hasnt even sent an automated reply to me 24 hours later.

And here is the side effect of witchunting: legit players falling through textures (i have been literally thrown through the map too) are mistaken for bot teleporters.

How are you posting then? When I part of those huge bans a week ago, (unfairly I may add), I couldn't post here at all.

They released the forum ban, although it says I cant post topics mess with my sig or post too much until saturday. I cant tell if Im still banned in game or not for a few more hours. Im assuming I still am, knowing Zenimax's track record.

@Ragnar_Lodbrok Frankly, I disagree with most of your posts and believe you to be firmly embedded in the fanboi camp. However, you are not abusive and I am stunned to hear that you were banned in game due to your posts. This is disturbing, as well as unfair. It appears that if one is to be 'safe' it is better in future to post on outside forums and give these official ones a wide berth.

Im avoiding all the threads Id normally post on because of this. I just want resolution, and for this to not happen to anyone else. But I fear that Zenimax has a forum reporting system that encourages abuse.

I just got an email saying my game ban had been reversed at 130 pm. Apparently a mod was a little over zealous with the ban hammer.
