You're post is called "I just unsubbed" Why is it called that? why is it in customer support? What point do you hope to get across? There isn't any debate. you're unsubbing. Full stop. I'm sorry your experience has been unenjoyable. Really I am. But you're wasting forum space with this type of post. So, once again, Goodbye.
I think that this post is more to bring attention to ZOS that they are getting a bad reputation for their customer service, and that they are losing people for it.
...or maybe you should just...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KXJNtQ5dxOk
try less to be... what you are.... trying to BE!
and enjoi the game for what it is... instead of...
Always trying to Winning before... everyone else?
maybe.... even just once?

I'm going to remind you of how idiotic and stupid you are.
See this post.
Again I AM NOT the ONLY person who bought this game complaining.
If I was the ONLY person I would've just left and stayed quiet and accepted it was my computers fault.
Zenimax released a broken game, and they need to acknowledge this.
Their customer service is shockingly awful and needs to be acknowledged.
Once again you and those like you think it's broken. Believe me, you are in the minority. The people that don't aren't raging and quitting so you don't hear from them, except when they respond to people like you. Calling me and people like me names makes you look bad too. You should just stop posting. With an attitude like that I'm pretty sure I understand why you didn't get anywhere with customer service. Goodbye.
Noooo please don't go!!!
Oh wait, you're making quit threads about quitting, but yet you are still here making posts and are probably right at this very moment still playing and you will continue to do so and will even continue with your subscription! ... Kiddies are their emotional blackmail that works on their parents, but not on game developers!

Next, I am not on the bandwagon, nor an employee of TESO, but I can tell you I am sure you must have had some problems, but I have not had these. I have had a few issues, but my customer support so far has been great. They contact me and I contact them back as needed. Sure there are a lot of bugs, but its less than a month since release, and so far I have not had any game halting bugs. I could list a quest that is broken, on a boss spawn, but I wont, they know about it.
Also, so your not able to run the game. But this is in no way something on your end? I am running a crappy year old laptop from a no credit needed store, and I can play. The only time I had a major problem, customer service was right on it with me, and got me back online with me just having to follow some steps they sent me.
Yeah, your upset, and I can understand that, but your really not helping the issue with a continual rant on poor customer service and how the game is broken.
Especially when despite some release issues, it works fine for many of us.

But that doesn't solve the problem of the game being unplayable for the vast majority of paying customers.
Now that's funny.
Expecting me to read your useless whining... kek :^)TalisThermon wrote: »

Your problem is your own fault. Deal with it.
TalisThermon wrote: »
the vast majority outweighs a few, can you not comprehend that?
I take your lack of response to my previous posts towards you as a sign of defeat, and you have no defence and accept ESO is a pile of rubbish, thank you, no need to apologise, I forgive you

You claim to have been watching the thread?
then why didn't you read I installed the game on a completely brand new computer?
I addressed the issues I had, searched for solutions, applied the solutions and yet it still didn't work?
How can this be my fault? I'll reiterate, I'm not the only one encountering these issues.
YES I DO UNDERSTAND that a few people can play the game NO PROBLEM, but people like that do not belong in this thread. AS SAID PREVIOUSLY, I am happy for you.

It doesn't explain why a mod went into my thread, asking for help, deleted my bump, and didn't answer the query

Yes I did miss the part of a new comp install. Your correct. However you are vastly overstating when you say "unplayable for the vast majority of paying customers.' I don't seem to be seeing a world devoid of players.
Once again, you sure seem to be staying around to say a lot for someone who is leaving. Gotta get that last ego rub in? A little self justification?
Sorry it isn't working for you. On that I really am. I can totally understand getting upset over that. But your still not helping anything lingering to counter post in your I am leaving post.
So bye!
