    I am still waiting for my issue to be resolved. They have "solved" it twice now. first time saying the patch would fix it and now they sent me an email telling me how to use the pledge of mara. Only problem is my pledge of mara is what I am trying to recover as it was in the bank on april 1st when my bank was emptied by the bug and unlike others I have not received multiple imperial bonus items.

    Mistakes like the fact that I was banned? Then the "appeal team" upkept the ban, then the second "appeal team" decided "huh, he didn't do anything wrong" let's allow him to play the game he paid for?

    Those mistakes? Yeahhh...about that. I was also promised a phone call from the appeal team within 24 hours, they have 55 minutes left, I'm not holding my breath...

    I'd like some clarification on the extra preorder items, too. Telling us we "can delete" them does not mean we must delete them. I sent a help ticket requesting info about this a day and a half ago when all the bans started, and my ticket still hasn't even been acknowledged let alone replied to. I was one of the players who was told to consider the extra maps and items as part of the compensation, so I'd really like some official clarification.

    I also haven't received any gold back for my lost slots/items or received any communication on that issue either.

    For those that have received multiple Explorer's Pack or Imperial Edition items in the mail, we've gotten confirmation that you can just delete them.
    @ZOS_GinaBruno that wasn't the question that we were asking though. I'm sure that we can delete them, but what was being asked was whether it is OK to keep them. I know I wouldn't mind having a pet on each of my alts (well, 6 out of 8 anyway).

    I wanna thank the dev team for their timely response. I got the gold needed to restore the bank spaces which i so foundly wanted back again. To all waiting... THEY WILL RESPOND... i dont mind losing the items.. but the gold fo rme was hard to come by.. Thanks again

    However, I do not have my slots nor do I have the gold compensation. I have emailed back to let them know as such. Hopefully they will be able to fix it. I was all KINDS of excited. :(

    Im hearing some people getting gold to compensate for their bank slots. But what about the gold we had stored in the banks?

    I lost almost 7k gold because of this in addition to 20 slots of my bank gone.

    My personal bank issue has been resolved with adequate compensation. It wasn't in a timely fashion but I appreciate the gesture. Now if they can replace or compensate my guild for two lost tabs of weapons and armor, then I will sacrifice a few dozen sabrecats in Zenimax's honour.

    Partial Compensation?

    I didn't receive anything via in-game mail, but did received an out-of-game email from support claiming an "appropriate amount of gold" had been added to my account and noticed approximately 19,000 gold more on one of my characters that definitely wasn't there earlier.

    That seems to roughly compensate for what I remember being about 18,000 gold lost in the bank, but isn't enough to restore my bank to 100 slots, which is where it was before being reset.

    I responded to the email as quoted below, and hope things will get cleared up, but thought I should mention it here so other players know to make sure you receive full compensation for your losses.
    Hi!

    I haven't received any in-game mail on this, but noticed what seemed to about about 19,000 additional gold on one of my characters ("General Augustus").

    I appreciate receiving that, and it seems to roughly compensate for the ~18,000 gold that was lost, but is not enough to restore my bank to 100 slots, which requires 22,500 gold total.

    Please re-examine the records for my account to ensure I'm properly compensated for both the gold and bank slots lost.

    Got this email today. Had to respond to tell CS how many bank slots I was missing.

    "Thank you for contacting the Elder Scrolls Online Adventurers Support Guild.

    One of our mages was dabbling in some time magic and I am sorry to hear that some of your items were caught up in a messy time warp. But never fear our rougish mage has been apprehended and the Archmage has seen fit to compensate you for your trouble. Sadly any items that were lost can not be reclaimed but we can compensate you to the sum of 55,000 gold.

    On the topic of your bank spaces if you could reply to this message with the amount of bank expansions you have purchased we will be able to restore them to you.

    I want to extend my most sincerest apologies for the mis-conduct of our mage but I do hope that you can now continue your adventures. If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact me.

    I hope they will give me enough gold to buy back my 130 slots and 30k gold I lost. Either that or just give me my slots back. :) I hope this gets done quickly.

    I got hit with the resetting bank bug about a week ago, lost 20 bank slots, a small amount of banked gold, perhaps a few items. Submitted an in-game ticket right away (didn't write down that ticket number), and never received any form of response.

    When this thread popped up, I submitted a new ticket about it on the support site here, using the link provided. Still haven't received any form of response, not even a generic "we're looking into it" form letter. My ticket number for the later ticket sent via the website is 140418-053351.

    I don't mind if my recompense takes a little while, but it'd be nice to have some form of confirmation that my issue is even registered and being investigated.

    Just got my compensation. And I have to say, it felt amazing to be able to dump all of the materials from my main characters inventory (who is also my crafter for every crafting profession) into the bank. He was only carrying the ore/metal/wood/fabrics, but that still took up a lot of space.

    Now I can stop micromanaging. That will save my an hour or two a day.

    Unfortunately, my compensation is 1/4 of the gold that has been desposited in the bank. I want to get a full restoration or at least the amount that I have provided in the ticket. New ticket has been made accordingly with the suggestion given by Customer Support.

    Did you check your highest-level character's gold balance? I didn't get any in-game mail for my gold, when I logged in it was just there on my highest-level character. Of course, that means that I don't know exactly how much gold they gave me, but I've got a pretty good idea based on how much gold I think I had.
