Incident: 140418-040368Hi!
I haven't received any in-game mail on this, but noticed what seemed to about about 19,000 additional gold on one of my characters ("General Augustus").
I appreciate receiving that, and it seems to roughly compensate for the ~18,000 gold that was lost, but is not enough to restore my bank to 100 slots, which requires 22,500 gold total.
Please re-examine the records for my account to ensure I'm properly compensated for both the gold and bank slots lost.

Did you check your highest-level character's gold balance? I didn't get any in-game mail for my gold, when I logged in it was just there on my highest-level character.
