Here's my problem: Did our bank slot upgrade costs reset with our slots? I don't remember if the first 10 slots should cost 1000 gold or not. I know the first 10 backpack slots cost 400 gold.
If they cost 1000 gold then all is good and we only need reimbursement for what we paid before the bug. If it's less than 1000 gold and that 1000 gold cost is actually for the next 10 slots, there's a problem.

I think what some want to know is will ZOS officially allow players to keep the extra items as part of the compensation for the frustration, lost time, lost items and gold, etc. since they endured weeks, some up to 3 weeks, of this bug?
