    This according to Yellowpages.com is the phone number for Zennimax Online Studios in Hunt Valley MD. (410) 785-1114, being that they don't have their number on the website. Or at least not that I've seen

    Job well done zenimax i had to use a friend's debit card in order to play my 30 days game time, you know the ones i got when i bought the game with my debit card, the same one you now aren't accepting, outstanding job. Unless you make something really awesome to compensate this screw up you aren't going to see another dollar from me on any of your products. But now i'm off to enjoy my 30 days

I couldn't understand the person this time, so i hung up (bad connection) they tried to ring back but i didn't answer. It's 4am here in England. Turns out they gave me ANOTHER compensatory day gametime.

    For people having trouble getting authorizations to go through, what worked for me was switching browsers. I had been using Firefox and failing, but Internet Explorer worked to authorize.

    ok, just giving my update, i called NA CS, the guy activated my account, but it took me 10 minutes (he didn't know if he could and refused at first) so finally he had to authorize it with his boss...Great job in CS at least.

    That should not bar you from logging in to the game. That is a big problem that need to be fixed soon. I know when I pre-ordered I was going to get the 30 days "Free" and I had it plan to pay for my next sub fee next pay day. Now im on my day off from work and I was looking forward to playing ESO to relax but cant do to the Sub issue I have no C-card or a prepayed card to keep playing and I live fifty mile to the nearest wall-mart and game stop. So all I can do this week end is look at youtube vids or replaying one of my older game when I have already payed for a game I should have access to. Yes this is a problem that need to be looked at and soon if not there going to turn a lot of people that have been waiting for this game away. Like me and my Brothers.

    Wrong it does when you patch to the live version. A window pops up you prob just clicked next and didnt read it. Also says it on the box. Says it on the details when you preordered. I dont know how much more clear they could have made it.

    This is incredibly poor! I have 2 kids both of whom want to play the game. Both of them saved up their own money to buy the games and now I have to fork over extra money because of this screw-up!

    The pre auth just makes sure the card is valid. They have not charged you anything. It DOES say you need a VALID card to setup a sub. In order to be sure its valid they do a pre auth. In a couple days it will be gone.

My box is in the mail, even though I ordered it months ago, and will not arrive till Tuesday. I have no options. Without a code I am ***. I can't even pay for the month to avoid missing out, since I CAN'T SET UP SUB WITHOUT A CODE! Total bs. I was loving the game, and now I am seriously considering returning it.

    Well I guess ZOS wants to become the next SOE, I think its funny how people are defending them. Its egg on there face and articles are already poping up on the net, tomorrow should be interesting to see if they do the right thing or tell people to F off well do what we want.

    I like this game...I mean I really do, however (and I'm serious) I JUST had my card disabled due to some fraudulent charges against my account and I shut it all down, and am in the process of getting a new card mailed to me (happened on the 4th). It's going to take about 2 weeks to get my new card due to the fact I live in Tinytown USA, and bank at Tinytown Bank. Am I going to be comped for the down time I'm going to be experiencing? I don't do Paypal, I don't do pre-paid cards. I bought a game that was 79.99, and now I don't get my free time b/c basically there is no free time, I'm going t be charged the full amount? How is this right in any shape/way/form?


    Anecdotal evidence suggests your free game time is on hold until you do get your sub set up.

    I got mine from there web site so it is payed for in full. So thy know you payed for it.
