1. Contact CC and ask for a refund. This will be used as evidence by your bank (it will come with a unique number and date time) Mainly if you clicked I do not agree on the ToS.
2. If you have already entered the credit card details for the subscription plan, fill in a fraud report, since the ToS does not say you will be charged those 15$ (but maybe I have simply missed it).
2. Enter your bank account and contest the payment of the game itself, again as a fraud (they are charging you extra money to use what you have already paid for, without it being in the terms).

PrOxAnto✭I was surprised by this aswell.
I'll explain what happened to me ...
I entered my credentials, they did take €13,- of my Paypal account, but it got refunded and sent back almost immediatly!
I didnt even see any message on my bank account showing it took the money of off it.
So rest asure, you will get it back and if you use Paypal, it should be within the day at least.
I do however agree that the entire amount of money for an authorization is way to much, but at least they refunded it.0 -

People like me who use things like Paysafe cards have straight up been lied to:

Rylanor✭✭I agree it's very cheeky of Zenimax to insist on it, even if it's standard practise, etc, especially if they're taking money and supposedly giving it back at some point. Not everyone can afford that especially if their bank happens to be slow to give it back, and I don't know how obvious that was on buying the game in the first place. We should be able to do 30 days since we bought the game and only then have to put in payment information.
Anyone looking at Wildstar, btw, they're also taking credit card details, but not taking test amounts of money for nothing.Edited by Rylanor on April 5, 2014 11:25AMIf at first you don't succeed, keep trying. When you enter the game code you get 30 days free play time.
Thing is that the day you enter the game code is day 1, which means you already started using the 30 days gametime.
Its subtracting that day as day 1 of the 30 days, saying that you have day 1 plus 29 more days left so that when you come to day 30 it should say 0 days left.
The counter starts when you enter the game code, not when you install the game, as it is then assumed that you have the game installed and start playing at that time.
Regardless of whether you bought a physical or digital edition you do have the chance to install the game client before you enter he game code, as you either download it or install from a disc.

Downloading the Digital copy I order I had to put in my code before I could actually D/L the game. that was on april 2nd and I still have not seen a day of game play because d/l was so large and could not get the servers to give me a good d/l speed, steam downloads faster than these guys.
Could you not download the game from where you bought it from?
Most retailers who sell games digitally lets you download the game from their website.
Thought it could be its different with MMOs, I dont know for sure.
I do agree that the DL speed is horrible at times, I had times when the DL speed was below 100 Kb/s when my top speed is at 1.6 Mb/s.
Seems there is a lot left to be desired from ZOS.0 -
