Guess they don't care.. the only response we received from them was the same generic response, like they didn't care to read what is really going on in this thread..StevieKingslayer wrote: »Because of the lack of answers from Zenimax, I have informed all of my friends who were waiting to buy the game of this issue. None of them are interested in touching this game now, because they would be in the same boat as me, being screwed by exchange rates, which would send them into overdraft.
They are more than happy to pay for the game and set up a sub when they fix this issue, but until they do - they will not be seeing any of my friend's money. Way to go Zenimax, 17 more subs lost

About that you are talking crossing international borders, Of you do it will create
a krapstorm that will rock the software and internet world and make some serious
changes for the better possibly.
Which is why most sub based games no longer do it. If they do they are VERY clear about exactly how much is being put on hold and what will happen how long when and everything else. With TESO you are left in the dark. Which is both scummy and not legal in all countries. Might be okay here in America but not all over the world. The only thing they can do now is block some countries from subbing.rewitt1981eb17_ESO wrote: »Guys relax its against EU laws, and atleast german laws, just write them that you want your charged money back they need to do it, also inform the police and customer protection or office of fair trading. we could also do a class action against zenimaxx and fill out an online petition for the EU government.

It seems to be something everyone has overlooked, and I'm hoping it might help.
When you enter the game code you get 30 days free play time.
Thing is that the day you enter the game code is day 1, which means you already started using the 30 days gametime.
Its subtracting that day as day 1 of the 30 days, saying that you have day 1 plus 29 more days left so that when you come to day 30 it should say 0 days left.
The counter starts when you enter the game code, not when you install the game, as it is then assumed that you have the game installed and start playing at that time.
Regardless of whether you bought a physical or digital edition you do have the chance to install the game client before you enter he game code, as you either download it or install from a disc.
Its just a thought for those who seem to have concerns/complaints regarding this, which seems to have been overlooked.
If I overlooked/missed something the by all means tell me what that is, as I just want to help.

Funnier thing is that they also state that you must keep all billing information current or you will lose access.jaschacasadiob16_ESO wrote: »I wonder if people noticed this, in the Terms of Service:

yeah but it means you can't change your model for the next month...
is this another try to steal your money?
Yes but what if ToS are against laws?jaschacasadiob16_ESO wrote: »People should start reading the ToS...
