this level of compensation is just alienating those who also did nothing wrong but still will end this years 10 year Jubilee with none of the "rewards" just casually handed out to anyone who happened to log into the PTS in a 2 hour window.

Nope, only small group returned, they even write it will be small group, even on forum you can see that most of affceted players still waiting.I know about a dozen people that returned from it yesterday. So, yes, most people returned.
Yeah, so you want to extend that policy? This one of reason that we made some rage statements and it looks that worked. So maybe instead of ruining this, try to support this new, because it would be nice to have it as new standard for occassions like this, not only one time action.I've been banned for 3 weeks before for a false flag. You want to know what they gave us? Nothing

I'm going to completely disagree with you. What the account lockout did was completely erode people's trust in the company because testing things on pts suddenly was shown to risk live accounts.
They absolutely have to compensate generously for their screwup. Otherwise nobody would ever test anything on the pts again. And that would be incredibly detrimental to the game.
I mean, if ZOS hadn't compensated in this way I doubt anyone would ever go on the pts again.

I'm not alienated at all. I'm glad they did what they did for people now entering Day 5 of being locked out.

Dude, maybe you could differentiate between two things? ^^
a) Drop rates are stupid low, I agree.
b) There was a huge bug and locked accounts. I was banned during the endeavour bug and got nothing. Perhaps once the next bug causing people being temporarily banned comes around and affects you, you'll think back and realise how great a nice apology would be.

I have nothing to apologize for. I never once said those locked out shouldn't get any of the things they are being compensated with. But some of us lost out on a good part of the day's play time too.

The thing is, ZoS won't do this again. The only reason they're doing it now is because the bad coverage they got on literally every gaming website.

how much endeavors was actually lost? 1 week = (a good week) 250 + (45 x 7 = 315) = 565
so obviously 16 THOUSAND is a fair and balanced return, although it sounds like they still want More.
how long does it take to farm enough to get the style pages? probably more than 30 minutes Many players with 20 days won't get them all
25 jubilee Packs for FREE NOBODY can get 25 for FREE ... unless you were locked out. The rest of us had to spend something - 1250 crowns or use 15 event tickets to get the last 5.
And yet they still want MORE for their 'hardship' of not having to actually do all the work necessary to collect all that stuff.
Hard to sympathize.

It's THIS. Do you realize what actually happened here? It's not about downtime. It's not about getting accounts locked. The PTS was overwriting the LIVE SERVER for these players, the most dedicated, hard-core, influencing players in the game. If they deleted a toon on PTS, it was deleted on Live. Yes, they were able to roll it back, but can you imagine what that would have felt like? What if they hadn't been able to roll it back, or backtrack the changes?
This is about TRUST, and luring people back to PTS. It has nothing whatsoever to do with those of us who weren't affected.

Sure, award them, but do something for the rest of us, too, by at the very least increasing these drop rates for the rest of the event.
we havent been able to play how we want either.... BECAUSE WE CANT LOG IN
I'd rather not log in for 2 days and get these for free too, than spend the past week grinding for one page that never dropped.

The event is extended, right? So, the lost playtime for the unaffected accounts is compensated.
