Logged on this morning and this was happening. I had no idea since I didn't play yesterday. Not much communication until I got in a group and they said it's happening all morning.
It is frustrating to continue to feel like pvpers are the unwanted step children of ESO.
We do spend a ton of money (at least a lot of us do). Cyrodiil is pretty repetitive so we like to look fancy on our flashy mounts, and then look fancy jogging across the map because we are stuck in combat once we unmount 🥲

THIS is why people are screaming. Unless you're on the forums or happen to read zone chat (a lot of people have zone chat turned off) you would totally think the issue with cyro is on your side.

Hi all, providing a brief update here. As noted before, the team is aware of this issue and is working to resolve this. The team is still investigating and testing a possible fix. Once we can verify that the fix works and is safe to deploy, we will follow up. We know this is an inconvenience and we appreciate your patience as we work through this.

There will be an update right before they leave the office for the day.

As a paying customer (ESO Plus) I'm very dissatisfied that the PVP Cyro zone wasn't brought down as soon as ESO became aware of the magnitude of the bugs in Cyro (probably from a single cause in the recent update).
If this were a banking system and transactions were being lost or servers were frequently re-booting, the developer would surely bring the system down until the cause was determined and fixed. I guess that's the difference between professional support and an attitude of it's just an "inconvenience."

Oh, they fixed the transaction issue that came up this morning with crowns already - don't worry.

I really hope you all will do a post-mortem after this "incident" and put something out there on the forums for the community to explain what happened, how it happened, what changes will be made moving forward to prevent something like this taking place again, and how the communication (lack there of IMO) with the community was decided.
If you're truly hoping to improve on your communication and be more transparent this would be a great first step in that general direction.

EDIT, I'm sorry, let me clarify, is the the roll back bug going to be happening on console after our April 10th patch maintenance?
@ZOS_Kevin
Hi all, here is an update. The team is working to resolve this. We have more testing on a potential fix, but we won’t have that for certain until tomorrow. So we’ll provide an update again something late tomorrow afternoon. That will give us time to test and verify if our potential fix will work.

Please let us know if servers will need to be taken down in order to apply the fix.
