They added a motif?
Motifs and patterns have a chance to drop from the coffers for the daily quests. Because it's just a small chance, you have better odds to skip the BN and do the delve and world boss quests. A group of four can get 8 coffers, swap characters, and get 8 more pretty fast, and since the WB and delves don't have an arbitrary group limit of four you can make a fun guild event put of it.
There isnt a motif in there yet. It is in game but it doesnt drop. It should start dropping in next 2 months.

I got a motif last night

Same thing with furnishings, at this point there's more than players will actually use.

I really used to love this game, but this event is making me nauseous and want to put it away for a while. Bastion Nymic, what a waste of time! Secrets of Telvanni is really a disappointment, I was really looking forward to it. What it boils down to for me now is doing the 2 dailies (omitting the BN one), turning in the pages, make my vote for Yensa then get away from that place as soon as possible!

The best way to find people is to kill the seekers yourself, open the gate, and advertise in the zone chat that the gate is already open.
.

I think it was put in like this to prove a point. The call for hard overland were only shouted out by a small few.And where are they now? i know there not doing Bastion Nymic.
Oh yes, Nymic is a poor answer to the 'Harder Overland ' demands. This isn't harder overland/questing though. This is a 4 man instance. It isn't going to suddenly make the final boss at the end of the main storyline a challenge to those who want it (I'm all for optional before anyone says not everyone wants it harder)
Am I the only one that has been doing the daily with no issues whatsoever? Sometimes even solo or with my wife. I mean, this community sure is weird, they put something (finally) that requirea a little bit of skill that can't be soloed while naked and people riot. I genuinely feel sorry for the devs. @ZOS_Kevin Please, keep putting challenging content to the world, Necrom was refreshing in that regard.
p.s. I'm not even a raider, I'm a friggin casual with a decent build.
Edit: I'm definitely in them minority, damn. The only problem for me with Nymic is that it's not rewarding enough to be worth the trouble. Lastly, there's seems to be an alarming number of people that want to turn ESO into a single player game. I'd agree if it at least had a decent story. But seriously, remember that this is an mmo you're playing and grouping up with people is a thing.

They mention the gate a lot on PCNA.

The problem isn't that it's difficult, the problem is it's bad. If it had been an arena, with vet and normal difficulties, and unique weapon drops, people would LOVE it. The secret bosses cpuld have given you buffs, there could have been a trifecta achievement, it could have been been really cool.
Instead, they made it so you can't even DO them without picking up a quest first, the rewards are junk, and we are told to be happy with a watered-down dungeon instead of a world event.

If this is supposed to like harrow storms and dragons, etc. then making it instanced was a big mistake. Part of the fun of those larger events is just happening on one and just joining in.

No one in chat mentions a specific gate when advertising for a group... Not sure how to proceed.
ANd yes, this is very poor design I will never do one of these again.
i had a problem with nymics in the beginning, in that they were frustrating to figure out and a bit shocking in how unexpectedly hard they were, but now that i ... and probably others ... have figured them out, i think they're fine
i would say that the only problem was in the beginning when no one knew what they were, and because we had never encountered such an instance in eso, some guidance really could have helped. but now i have no problem with them at all
Rogue_WolfESO wrote: »It sucks that some of you are finding trouble with BN grouping. I will share what has been working for myself.
I grab my ichors and head to the respective gate once I have my 4. Sometimes you need to wait a few minutes but there are always other people also heading to said gate. I simply wait for people to show up, at which point most of the time someone will invite or in zone chat you will see LFM bn x" at which point you group up. Easy peasy.
