What is the name of said ballgroup?
Just curious when new groups form
AD nightcap is disgusting to be honest, +players defending even the tiniest resource with 3+ AD is even more.

There's just one alliance (AD) online in some capacity most of the day making it hard to impossible for other alliances to gain a foothold. A similar thing happened on Gray Host about half a year ago when EP did the same and nearly all of AD Gray Host moved to Blackreach as a result (and came back later).
I think no-proc has its place in the campaigns but ZOS could do more to clarify its rules and promote it as a good option for newer players who want to get by with basic sets.
Placing it on the top in pvp campaign list UI would make a difference. Because most of the players select the very first option on the list when joining pvp, not aware of there are other options. The first option being cp campaign doesn't help either, because with cp lower than 1000 you'd get stomped there, as soon as someone sees your level you're being hunted.

Before no-Proc it was still second on the list but would hit locked pop before Gray Host, which was the first campaign. It only stopped being popular a few months into no-Proc when everyone was bored of the boring gameplay.
Actually how much extra do procs deliver? Can it be considered as an extra button that behaves like AI? Rather keep control of my tune.
The waiting queues in the weekend were especially high during events and after campaign related changes.
Not updating the list of no proc sets that can be used in this campaign could have been bypassed by a clear explanation of what procs in the 5 items combinations do on your screen. Stat changes - non proc. Buff animation on the screen - proc.
DC cheaters are everywhere again. The campaign is dying.
