Every faction is a bit zergy depending on the time of day. AD have usually have huge groups up during prime time but at the same time it is pretty rare to encounter a DC ballgroup by itself. EP also started to glue together near the end of my run there.

What a quiet Wednesday after the AP bonus ended. Hopefully Friday will have more action.

Large defense of Arrius a day later. Nice to see new names. Campaign is changing. No ballgroups are leading to long sieges.

An Argonian group member was asking for a netted tabard. Those should be made available 🕸 as it is a good idea.

Helped start a smallscale/ballgroup on EP side with a first couple of promising runs. If anyone is interested (healers in particular), msg me.

Updated campaign summary for the last 2 weeks

AD is the main nightcapper instead of EP, can be proven by the current faction scores. Although has the worst emperor that I've seen in the game so far. Has a good player population, they are holding the keeps and scrolls during the day also.

EP has medium to high population, depending on day. Still loving the easy fights, so instead of working to dethrone/recapture their own elder scrolls they attack random blue keeps once they get beaten once by AD. Few players are still trying to play the map but over all random group leaders are very very bad at coordination and leading.

DC has low to medium population, they are good at stacking however so they are better coordinated than more crowded ep. However similar to EP 0 map play. They instead attack random ep keeps, they are loving chalman as usual instead of working on dethrone and getting their scrolls back from AD. Bandits guild is still bunch of randoms using rubedite mace of shock tier weapons. However there is a group of literally 6-7 wardens with 40k hp spamming dizzy swing on solo players. They move like pve bots gathering nodes in overland which is suspicious lol.

Just my 2 cents from ep side. See you next time

AD nightcap is disgusting to be honest, +players defending even the tiniest resource with 3+ AD is even more.

We're called Tabardless because we don't have enough members in the guild to get a tabard. :D It's a cooperation between members from various EP guilds + ex-Noxious.

We currently have a core of 6 members so it's more of a smallscale/miniball type of deal, but we have the ambition to eventually get groups of around 8-10.

This has been happening for most of the year but it's a different faction every campaign.

I don't know what motivates it either as EP seems to be the only faction that really cares about the campaign.

This campaign is won by AD. They did leave no chance for those that only play in the evening to avoid daily sores. Nightcapping is just part of it. Some players just need an escape from reality and start doing that, while most players are in bed. It is just temporal and part of what can be done. Albeit it not really pvp, it takes some expensive time.

Campaign is so dead. At prime time it's one 20+ EP zerg and one 20+ AD zerg. That is all.

They are usually on opposite sides of the map too, there are no battles, you either get zerged as a 2-3 man or you zerg with your alliance.

Bring back sets, bring back no-CP Cyrodiil.

Yeah campaign is a empty most of the day. Something needs to be done @ZOS_BrianWheeler , bring back procs or expand the current set list. This campaign used to be buzzing before the no proc.

The activity atm doesn't have much to do with procs. There's just one alliance (AD) online in some capacity most of the day making it hard to impossible for other alliances to gain a foothold. A similar thing happened on Gray Host about half a year ago when EP did the same and nearly all of AD Gray Host moved to Blackreach as a result (and came back later).

I think no-proc has its place in the campaigns but ZOS could do more to clarify its rules and promote it as a good option for newer players who want to get by with basic sets.

Placing it on the top in pvp campaign list UI would make a difference. Because most of the players select the very first option on the list when joining pvp, not aware of there are other options. The first option being cp campaign doesn't help either, because with cp lower than 1000 you'd get stomped there, as soon as someone sees your level you're being hunted.

Has a lot to do with Procs. Before the change to no-Proc it was more popular than Gray Host.

    Nope.

Before no-Proc it was still second on the list but would hit locked pop before Gray Host, which was the first campaign. It only stopped being popular a few months into no-Proc when everyone was bored of the boring gameplay.

Tonight was quite fun on Ravenwatch. I didn't expect so much action what with a lot of guilds being on break.

I remember this as well. The queues were massive on the weekend too. Zenimax really dropped the ball with how they handled no-proc. Vague lists, nothing in-game explaining anything, no compromise for sets that rely on the procs (e.g, replace with generic effects like extra magic recovery).

    It's really unfortunate.

Actually how much extra do procs deliver? Can it be considered as an extra button that behaves like AI? Rather keep control of my tune.

The waiting queues in the weekend were especially high during events and after campaign related changes.

Not updating the list of no proc sets that can be used in this campaign could have been bypassed by a clear explanation of what procs in the 5 items combinations do on your screen. Stat changes - non proc. Buff animation on the screen - proc.

It has been my favourite campaign. However the nightcapping is really heavy on this one compared to cp campaign.

what do you mean by cheating?

do you mean the nightshift people or the guilds that sell emperor runs?

or that one person trying to hide the literal cheating with vampire mist ability, if so I already sent a video of them and that player has been offline for quite some time.

Having played 2 campaigns on EP now I can kind of see how it is easy to get frustrated there. AD has overwhelming numbers and DC has a core of skilled players that often attracts a horde of guilds and casuals following them around the map. So in a sense it is not really possible to play casually on EP side as the only ways to survive are to faction-stack (like happened at one point on Friday) or have a high-skill ballgroup, the latter of which does not really exist on RW EU anymore.

Last campaign ep was 20k points behind but we didn't receive low score bonus. Are there any official numbers to receive this bonus or not? Because it feels like it's random. When EP and AD has 1 bar ad is stuck at low population bonus, sometimes reverse also happens. But low score bonus needs to be applied. There is not enough Night time players on ep side to defend against nightbane & Nightshift guilds so it gets crushed at end of campaign all the time. Gives us a double ap buff to encourage playing zos
