What I liked most about nocp/noprocc is there are no sets or cp that will carry your buttocks. With proccs coming back to nocp, there are sets like wretched vitality that will carry your buttocks hard sustainwise, you will never have to think about sustain again as long as you wear this set. Just one example, more sets carry your healing, carry your dmg. Proccs = Less skill imo.

The No-CP campaign Ravenwatch and No-CP Imperial City now allows Item Set Procs.
Developer Comment:
In efforts to provide a smoother on ramping experience from Battlegrounds to Cyrodiil, we are enabling Item Sets 'procs' once again in No-CP Rulesets.
The No-CP Campaign Ravenwatch now will include Volendrung.

Those are PTS patch notes. If proc sets would be activated more players will join no-cp again? What are currently the best proc sets for pvp or do we need to scrutinise again? There are so many sets.

PTS patch notes often make it into the live game, albeit with mostly minor changes. So, I expect this to make it in the live version at some point.

This is by far the worst PvP Event I've ever witnessed.
It says poplocked, but where are these mysterious shadow people? And no, checked the towns, nobody!

And ZOS, really, can't even think of some new rewards? What do you expect us to do with 1 million bones, for a pet that can't even be seen in Cyrodiil!
Should we start mailing them to each other, as some sort of hate mail?

Still waiting patiently for the big PvP announcement.

Well y know why there is no people in Raven!! The only ones is some players that *** the map most of the time, letting no one even take resorses, and its not EP and AD, so there just one left....y know who they are.....

I don't have to switch campaign, I just need to switch on my EP, which is what I did.
It's still boring though.
DC is only playable on monday for me these days, that's when EP has their big zerg day...

100%, playing either of the CP campaigns is miles better, even though proc sets ruin part of the fun. That’s becoming even less of an issue next patch anyways.

Having fights almost any time of day more than makes up for it.

It's a shame the devs never gave ravenwatch the attention it needed like updated official list of working sets or better in game communication of sets that are enabled. But I'm glad to see procs returning.

There will be annoying carry sets like tarnished but we will have stronger stat sets such as rallying cry. We will have bomb sets and pull sets to counter zergs and faction stacking. Skilled players on other campaigns will return to ravenwatch which might result in better faction balance. No cp to carry survival or sustain and vampire undeath nerf, so less stalemates overall.

Played a little in Raven during the event and it was terrible as a DC player. As soon as a resource flips, the emp and friends rush to it. There were absolutely no fights really

Well I think DC got the Emp they deserve.

Most of the time its the rest of DC players that take Keeps and res, and put him there...

Unfortunately it appears that neither side (yellow or red) can manage this team.

In terms of fun It's damaging for the yellows and reds as much as for the blues.
