Deleted Imperial Edition/Early Access Items

    Have mixed feelings about the ESO support at this point. Some times they are very fast and helpful and sometimes they completely ignore us if not provide us replies that don´t help at all. Getting very frustrated and concerned about the future of this product if the support continues to display such customer care.

    They should have used the multiple communication tools they have to at least confirm if the Items WILL or WONT ever be sent back. I keep checking my e-mail daily along with this thread but all I see changing is the number of people reporting this issue that grows.

    Very upset...

    Same thing over here... Has anybody actually got his items retrieved?
    Dammit, too bad I hadn't thought about this before deleting my character, I deleted it before the warning was even posted! :(

    Im growing very concerned now that its been 3 days and i havent had my items returned yet. Im even more concerned that not 1 person in this thread reported that they have gotten their items back. Maybe they just dont care to tell the rest of us idk, but its driving me nuts!
    I wrote a poem that I titled, "The ganker's delight."

    I have received many titles, to my allies I am The sniper Emperor and Grand champion hero of the Pact. However these titles mean little to me, it is the ones given to me by my victims that I prefer. To them I am "Xv1er", "trash", "no balls", "zerger", "noob", "cringe", "no skill", "camper", "100% new", "the reason this game is dying", "pathetic", "a sack of piece of [snip]", "mediocre", "absolute inbred", "beyond a virgin", "ganky dork", "fat smelly 40yr old virgin", "little girl", "daddy", "exploiting loser", and every [snipped] word known to man.

    Why not give pets and rings to every character? That way we don't have to worry about, plus we did pay extra for them and it would be nice to have it on all characters.

    Same here. lost everything after deleting my first character. why would they not just give the items to ANY character created?! SMH...

    Add me as well. I expected the items to apply to all characters I create, as is the case with most pre-order incentives in other games. Perhaps add some note in the in game mail, in big, bold capital letters?

    I have already emailed in a support request but I have not received any confirmation so I figured I would post here. I deleted my first character at the beginning of early access before the warning due to rolling on the wrong faction by accident (I was pretty much a morning zombie). If there is anything that can be done to restore my imgakin monkey pet and mara pledge, I would be appreciative.

    Ok so I accidentally deleted my stuff thinking that, like all MMO's, those items were sent to each character...not just the one.

    I created a ticket and received a "We dont know how to fix it...sorry" response eventually which I find unacceptable so if replying here helps any, here's my response...I want my stuff back please.

    Please add me to the list. I too have only received the mara scroll and monkey beta pet through the mail system. I remember the other items showed up during the beta event, but never used them. I have not deleted any characters.

    When the game released at 4am I made a character and because of the dark character creation screen I added something to my characters face that I hated once I saw him.

    I deleted him and remade him whithin 5 minutes of creation but unfortunately all my pre-order stuff is now gone.

    I emailed support on 3/30 as soon as I realized I'd deleted my items and I received the following reply:
    We are currently investigating how to restore the Explorer's Pack and Imperial Edition bonus items to players who may have accidentally deleted them. If players have experienced this, we ask that they contact us at a later time.

    Telling people to contact support again at a later date (and then posting this thread the next day) is simply bad form.

    Regardless, whether from that previous contact or posting on this thread, I hope I'm on the list.

    I redeemed them on my first character. Unfortunately due to a glitch (Before I even reached a bank) I logged out and deleted the character and made a new one.
    I have now lost all the items. (Excluding the horse obviously as I can purchase that anytime.)

    I purchased the IE, got all my vanity pets and items, but I cant' Craft in the imperial style with my characters. Am I missing something? Should I not be able to craft in the Imperial style?
    Maybe I am missing something....

    Yeah, I deleted my maps before I saw that only ONE character was going to have them. Send me some new maps please. Will also be sending a ticket in as I sent one right after I found out about the one copy and your reply was to send another ticket some time later on.

    Deleted my char with claimed pet before the warning went up on both here and on the launcher I lost the Beta vanity monkey pet. I did summit at ticket (Reference # 140331-010973) but it's been three days without a response from support. :'(
