Just started getting lag that makes the game completely unplayable for me now. Wasn't having this problem until a few hours ago. Started getting the lag randomly after going into a public dungeon. Already contacted my ISP about this, and my connection is perfectly fine. This is a problem with the game itself.

Sadly, despite the proof that the problem lies on their server, Zos is too prideful to admit it is their mistake. So dont expect any solutions from them. Their official statement is that we should contact our isp for the packet sending gets dced midway. But I asked my ISP and they told me that zos server was the one rejecting them.

This is ridiculous. How can this company just come out and say "It's not our problem" ?

What looks to be AT&T themselves or an afflialiate.

Second day I'm not able to even go through the "Requesting Character Load", when I'm finally reach the game after hours and hours of attempts and try to escape the prision I got DC and the "An unknown error has occurred" shows up. REALLY FUN YOU GUYS! Much appreciated to see how ZeniMax is dealing with this problem, a round of applause.

Im sorry to say this but zenimax is NOT going to deal with this problem because for them, this is not their problem at all. It is not their problem that their game server is rejecting your isp. So yeah, bad news bro! They wont ever find a solution for this. They are too proud to admit their fault
Sorry to say its kinda not something they can fix. Its affecting thier business so they cant say its not thier problem (your words not thiers) but its not something they can do about it. Go back at look at the last three traceroutes by miked, sophistry and that other person. All the packets are problems are starting at ggr3.dlstx.ip.att.net. What looks to be AT&T themselves or an afflialiate. Its not like zenimax has any say in how that router/switch is being managed.
All they can do is politely contact them and ask them to fix thier stuff.
Edit: Hopefully they DID that, also as many ISP's complaining as possible will help, and people really need to run that report tool that the ESO rep said to run on page 6-7 so they can determine if this the same problem that everyone is experiencing (doubtful) so some of you are having other issues like software, firewall, av, etc.
maybe if I had paid more money I would have get better support, hummmm, I'm wondering... /sarcastic
