When you consider you can buy a new AAA game for the price of this small, unfinished and underwhelming expansion, then that puts it into clear perspective.
ESO has become weighted towards the casual gamer demographic but I very much doubt the majority of people giving High Isle a 'thumbs up' can objectively say this is full value for money.
Summerset was the benchmark in quality and value, but apart from maybe Vvardenfel, nothing else has come remotely close to that standard, all of which is quite telling as long running MMO content is inevetibly dialed down as the game approaches old age and investment and resource reduce.
In fact I'd go as far to say that I actually feel a bit cheated, so I wont be pre-purchasing anymore updates in future.
