"F" interact bug?

Ok, I probably put in a report a while back, but let's make it official. Is this a bug? This is on PC/NA. Not capable of interacting with others. When I go onto PTS, it's working fine. Suggestions?

Yes, but I have no idea where to look. I scrolled through them all to see if I could find something that was different, but I'm stumped. Hoping someone who has had this issue knows the fix.

✭If you are using Shissu's, try disabling some modules. I had the same issue and it was related to one of these modules.
Otherwise, try to disable all addons and enable one by one and see when the bug will occur.We want firing off Dark Exchange in the middle of combat to feel awesome... - The Wrobler
