The next chapter is likely on the island Pyandonea (southern summerset) and about the Maormer. The opening scene of the trailer clearly shows the scene described in the lore.

To be fair, it was already officially confirmed three weeks ago by the datamine. The Twitter picture just seals the deal.
And even before that, we were never ever supposed to go to Pyandonea.
