It says in the article that the seal rewards will vary based on the difficulty of the task. Is it possible that there is a bug in what tasks get assigned to a particular day, then? I would think that completing a quest, or especially completing a dungeon, would be in a category that is significantly more difficult than some from yesterday, such as "defeating 10 humanoid enemies" or "Craft 4 Items with the Blacksmithing skill".
So it was 20, and now it's down to 15 per daily... What the F is going on? the grind was already crazy enough and now it's even worse. But hey, anything to keep players logging in to the game each day and spend more time, right? >_>
This is a buy to play game. Isn't paying for the pixels amusing as well? If you pay for pixels, you can also rage over pixels. On the other hand I find it amusing that people rage over pixels. PIXELS. That will be taken away from us with no refund when ZOS decides to close servers. We don't even own those pixels, we rent them for use. They don't exist unless you log in to game.
Noob question : Why do people want radiant apex mounts, anyway?

The point is ZOS wanted to be able to sell ESO in countries where loot box gambling is illegal so they made endeavors as a loophole to be able to legally sell ESO in those countries at all.
This has nothing to do with the quote. We pay for some pixels. We don't pay for another pixels. We can rage or don't rage over pixels. If pixels can be so important for us to pay for them, then such pixels or any other pixels can be so important to us to rage over them. This is a buy to play game. We pay for specific service - an ability to perform certain activities which is playing the game, you will not be able to farm free currency if you don't pay for basic service in the first place.
Seals and gems grant additional shinies not needed to play the game. Basic service is needed to play the game and frankly, this service lacks a lot to be called smooth performance.

Now do that every day for about 1 year and you will have enough to buy one of the top mounts

I could care less of what other think of how i am outfited and how does my mount look
I have a story in the story, and if a mount can fit my story and i can afford it i will try to get it. I am game for gaming. I am the story in their story.
I make choices about how to spend my time and my money. For me its gaming. For some its movie, restaurant, travels, theatre ... not everything is negative as you let it think in your comment.

Today, to complete a quest, I went to the quest target and turned it in. I frequently have some random quest from a delve that I need to turn in. The Blackwood prologue quest is a breeding ground for orphan delve quests because I sneak out through a portal, not back through the entrance where the quest turn in happens.
