House: Fogbreak Lighthouse
Description: Utilitarian all purpose guild hall with all amenities within close proximity of spawn
Directly to your left when you enter you'll find the crafting hub, this includes:
All fully attuned Grand Master Crafting stations
Alchemy, Enchanting and Provisioning stations
Transmute, Armoury and Outfit stations
Banker, Merchant and Fence NPCs
Aetherial Well, Vampire Fountain and Thrall
PvP Duelling Arena
To your right from spawn you will find a Trial Dummy (21 million health) in addition to another Aetherial Well, Armoury Assistant and all 13 Mundus Stones.

Sorry, very last change, the house is no longer Seabloom Villa. it is Doomchar Plateau
