I cannot trade player to player or use guild traders and I can't email. I opened ticket 200327-006731 5 days ago and I never received an email when opening the ticket and it's still waiting on agent. I've tried repairing the game client and disabled all add-ons without any change. Need some to get this fixed.

✭Sound like a social ban.
They sometimes give social bans for no reasons. Had once one on an account that was used just to log in to feed the horses for a few month. No social interaction at all. No whispers or chat. Nothing. Still a social ban.
The good news is, it took only 2 weeks for their support to react and remove the social ban.
edit: and btw. they never told me, why that account got a social ban... guess i just got zos'ed
