Chat delay 10 minutes, guilds disappeared, friends disappeared PC-EU after maintenance 6/10/2019

I was supposed to do guild ranking today, but I guess I'm saved from that now. No guilds = no GM work.0 -

Everything worked well up to a few minutes ago. Did a relog and friendslist is gone again! And it says, your guild invitations were accepted, so i got my guilds for now, but chat delay in those guild chats are growing and are around 5-10 min now. I guess, with growing population this afternoon, we will loose the guilds again... its 24h now since the those Problems started. When can we count with an "detailed" update on this situation?

✭I finally got accepted into that guild and everything worked fine between 7am and 9:30am UTC but about 20 minutes before I had to log off to go to work, around 9:30am guild chat started to lag with several minutes. Just talked to one of my new guildies and the lag still persists and had gotten worse. Still at work so can't check myself, but yeah it's been acting up for hours now.0 -

from a paying customer who´s here since beta , as these kind of troubles are happening ever since the first patch/update, and NOTHING is getting implemented flawless or breaking things then to have hotfixed with even more problems I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND to take down the servers for a week and check everything thoroughly.
Just don´t implement a hotfix that will just make it go until the next patch. This current affair is telling me that just all the "hotfixes" and out of bounds patches are seriously damaging the stability of the game. One more such "fix" and it is broken beyond any repair.pc/eu2 -

Not once have i ever seen 'we've pinpointed the issue and will be fixing it', just the usual lame we're going try something - fingers crossed
