✭✭Going into vet DLC dungeon not knowing the mechanics
Yesterday I joined a group to get Fang Lair hard mode. Player specified in chat that it's hard mode run so need exp people. We went with 3 dds, and all the run till the last boss was super smooth, I even thought we'll get no death together with HM in one try
Unfortunately, one of dds died to Colossus heavy attack and then the fun started for next two hours... 
I was so angry inside, but one thing which made me laugh even after countless wipes is... We activate the book again (and again), get to execute phase (again) when random ghost walls start spawning after the dragon heals back to 50% health, fight for some time and then tank dies to ghost wall and types in group chat: "Have we activated hard mode?" So all this time he didn't even know what hard mode mechanics are on last boss, even in theory...
It's older screenshot, but I felt same as then:
ESO combat: when you have additional ally effects turned OFF and still can't see what's going on...
When you can't see half of screen cause of addon (and can't stop using it) + invincible boss is laughing at you with 1 health point left cause of mechanic
When 3 other group members have no concept of interrupting any enemy attacks even after being told to, and you don't die only cause you're tank and it's normal dungeon:
