-Committing a skillslot to mist form makes your bars pretty tight, so vamps get a lot more value from being able to unslot entropy.

I think the way things are right now that magplars need to slot some kind of mobility skill regardless. Mist form for vamps or Race against Time otherwise.

I've recently cured vampirism myself as well and slotted Race where Elusive was and it's actually a really nice skill. Now I'm wondering if it's worth it to worry a bit more about my crit chance in no cp to take advantage of the minor force buff too.

Low self defence and mobility. You have to just roll with that or mistform. No other choises.

Was breton before and after the changes, sustain feels so much better than before (and it wasn't terrible before). I just do my normal light attack weaving, keep my channeled focus and ele drain active, and it's no problem. And that is in non cp.

This is in my torugs/spinners/skoria build, 5-1-1 light, atro mundus, 1 recovery glyph, protective jewelry.

I'm just trying to work out in real time how much that 7% cost reduction works out to be, but I suppose that depends on which and how often skills are spammed

I changed from argonian to high Elf. I do miss never running out of resources(argonian + tri pot = OP), but my dmg has gone up by a noticeable amount. Ironically my heals are stronger too, and it's not rare to heal from <40% to full with a single heal. I'm also running just 12k stam instead of 14k in no CP, and i'm not feeling a difference due to the stam return from the racial.

My warden is a breton. That race just doesn't convince me. I find myself out of magicka constantly, and i don't feel like i'm tanky against magic users at all despite the extra spell resistance.

Hard to say really. Burst Regen > Regen/cost reduction in many cases. It's why people loved argonian for so long.

Am enjoying being a Breton vampire at the moment for the fact that you can hang on till the bitter end a lot better than most.

I think it's my favourite race, Dunmer was good too for the extra stam and fire resistance, and I really think races suit a certain playstyle, Breton seems to be suiting me the most.

Agreed. Each one has this identity that you either play to that identity or find one that suits you better.

I'm building a PVP Nord STAMPLAR at the moment, Nord because I think the extra resistance will be nice, and I already have an ORC that is very Tanky. My bank is full of different sets I have farmed recently. I was thinking of trying Battlefield Acrobat and either Spriggans, Briarheart, or Raveger? I also have 7th Legion and Fury available to me. Not sure what i am going to do, anyone have any suggestions. I am running sword and board on front, two hand axe on back, I may switch that around though and put the two hander on the front bar.

I haven't found anything better than ravager front barred, bone pirate, masters bow back bar protective jewelry with troll king. 2h bow. 5m, 2h. Built with roll dodge to proc balance through cp. Potl, inject, bar swap roll to proc off balance, heavy attack jabs into dbos. The heavy attack stuns making jabs a breeze to land not to mention the great buffs to damage and sustain. Woodelf op.

Bone pirate is a unit of the set now that the 5pc scales with the CP percentage bonus. You can hit like 40k stam with it lol

This is my personal favourite for a Stamplar set up too.

Ravager and Bone Pirate, I have been trying to months to get the Bone Pirate necklace with absolutely no success. I don't have any of the Masters weapons as I only play with one or two others, and even my guild mates have a click they run with so Vet Dragon Star has just been something I can't do alone. I've done normal Maelstrom with mt Magicka DK like it was nothing, just haven't attempted it on Vet yet. As a result, I always feel handicapped without those weapons.

Whats the META for a STAMPLAR PVP

I have one STAMPLAR PVP that I run Alessians Order and Spriggans, but I kind of want to build this one to hit really hard, even as a Nord. Also trying to keep S/B and two hander, but may consider a switch to DW. I didn't want to do another bow toon, as... I'm sure I will hear about this, I have a NB bow user for PVP....

I listed the meta. There's a reason most stamplars consider the class stale.

But work with what you find beautiful. For me I run trans+protective on my stamplar with bone pirate and 2h/bow.

Ravager with snb / 2h is actually really strong too. I ran that until speed pots were nerfed. Make sure u use puncture got a nice boost to jabs damage

In co-cp and in cp, what would you prefer? Force Pulse with Perfected Asylum Flame Staff, Destructive Reach with Flame Master Staff or Elemental Weapon with a set flame staff?

That all depends on what other skills u wanna use and partly what combos you'd like to hit. If you wanna use eclipse, don't use masters. Imo, there's no comparison between elemental weapon and p. asylum force pulse. Asylum wins hands down.

Only time i liked elemental weapon was to load a burst combo with purifying.

^ Yeah if you have perfected asylum there's really no reason to use anything else as far as ranged spammables go IMO.

Agreed, although I'll add that I found the imperfect version not nearly as good. I would not recommend the regular version.

2k-2.2k effective. How you reach that is up to you and what you are comfortable with. Most hit 1300-1600 mag regen and use the rest for ele drain/channeled focus.

Any higher and you will lose out on raw damage needed to run solo. Any lower, and you are a gank build, in my opinion.

    You don't run 800 ;). 800+480+600 = 1880 ;)

I dont have ele drain. So that makes 800+480=1280, which is below your 1300....so I must be a ganker :P

at least 2.5k unbuffed spelldamage and 34k magicka. a good built heavy magplar can get jabs tooltips up to 4.5k per tick, so you should aim for around 4k ticks.
