Still having same issue, re-started steam multiple times , NA server

Me too (OS X, PC NA, Steam). I fully quit the ESO client, ESO launcher, and Steam, still no dice. @ZOS_JessicaFolsom

PS: For completeness, I also rebooted my computer; still no dice.
PPS: I've also tried ZOS' generic instructions for this specific "internal error" at https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/39334/p/1, to no effect.
PPPS: Ticket #180215-000186 has been submitted.

It's now working for me as well, though it wasn't 20 minutes ago.

After playing on the EU for the last hour I saw Riacoate's post and sure enough, I got in as well. I'm on the East Coast on the NA server.

Still not working for me, even after fallowing all instructions including 2 full shutdowns of my computer to no avail so whatever the issue is is clearly not fixed

Intermittently works for me. It didn't work when I tried just now, then I closed everything (including Steam), re-launched, and it worked.

I did find a temporary workaround by launching ESO64.exe directly from the game files. Gotta put in username/password, and possibly an access code. This will only work if your ESO account wasn't created through Steam (if you're like me and had an account prior to Steam launch and linked it to Steam).

Sadly, this doesn't seem to work for OS X using the game_mac/pubplayerclient/eso App with Steam open.

Also doesn't seem to work for beta test accounts that weren't (re-)activated until after the Steam release, by purchasing ESO.

Likewise. I've restarted the client several times, restarted Steam several times, and tried repairing the launcher. No dice.

im on Steam PC-NA. I can get inside EU but my characters are all on NA which i cannot log in to. It's not yet resolved.

I'm in and have been for a while but my friend, who was in when I could NOT get in, and then mysteriously got punted, is now locked out of the NA server but can get on the EU server. I don't see how this is Steam if one of the servers is accessible. And that stupid lying "it's fixed" message up there is a huge obnoxious tease.

I followed all troubleshooting tips on support site and the problem is not resolved. I restarted computer several times, restarted ESO client, restarted Steam, checked for updates on both, backed up "ProgramData" and ran Repair. No go. EU server works, though, but switching back to NA results in same problem.

I hope someone is still awake at Z.

This is NOT fixed. I still cannot log into NA server from Steam. EU works fine.

Restarted my PC
Repair game
Change program files folder name

Nothing worked...

Yeah, I use steam for ESO which was possibly a bad idea always problems but the problem is that I can log in to my EU account but NA is the problem

I have to leave for work but just checked to find no log in capability. I have tried rebooting everything to no avail.

still can't login through steam, but u could directly use the "eso64.exe" to login. However, when i did, find my eso plus is disabled. Hope ZoS or steam solve this problem soon.
