I left a character at Mournhold after doing my writs this morning before work and am now trying to get on to that character. I have now logged in to that character 3 times. Each time, I run 10 feet and get stuck in an infinite load-screen. This is the definition of game-breaking if I've ever seen it.
This issue is not affecting only PvP
Its getting worse as the days go by. It's rife in pve now. Even just walking through a normal zone myself and guildies are getting load screens.
I just want to hop in and say this has been excellent communication on ZOS' part. I tend to live up to my name whenever I critique your company's work, but this truly earns you guys and gals at ZOS a pat on the back. Now, if only you could extend this same level of communication to other aspects of ESO (such as PvP), I'd be thrilled.
The communication only improved after a general uproar over the initial lack of communication. It's great that they finally realized they were doing a disservice to the community by trying to hide the issue and the update from Gina about the fix was exactly what was needed, but I wouldn't go congratulating them on a great job when it took numerous threads in the general discussion folder to prompt them into action.
Hopefully, the next time something like this occurs, they'll take a more proactive approach to informing the player base. That's when I think they deserve a "pat on the back".

I'm well aware.
People tend to respond better to positive reinforcement over the long term rather than constant negativity.
There's more than enough posts negatively outlining ZOS' fault on this particular matter. The matter has been corrected; therefore, we praise the behavioral change. If we want ZOS to continue this communication, we applaud them. We do not continue to scold.
If you're interested, google positive and negative reinforcement for more details.

Imagine thinking people saying negative things on a message board is an excuse for poor business practices.
I have to say something again.
PC - Eu
Before this " fix " the loading screens were business as usual, constant and all the time in cyro.
HOWEVER
They are EVERYWHERE now, and I mean everywhere. Come out of my small imperial house, long loading screen, or permanent loading screen. Go from Bandari Trading Post to Ral Kha, mega loading screen, DO ANYTHING, long loading screens. This fix has literally broken the game for PC. This is just......I just cant.....

The fix hasn't even landed yet, it's scheduled for next week.....

You said "if we want ZoS to continue this communication we applaud them. We do not continue to scold."
I am saying that they should be better at communicating regardless of what sort of positive or negative reinforcement they receive on here. If they were to say "Well we are going to not communicate better because a few people on the message board said negative things" then that isn't right. Which is what you are implying will happen if we do not give them praise.
