The bugs which are found are pilling up to a small mountain.
You can do several hour maintainces for some random bug nobody cares except 2-3 guys, but the current state of eso is reminding of the first year of eso right now

Erm...that's pretty standad after-big-patch condition around these lands. In fact it's actually pretty good compared to usual, could be way worse. Guilds work, chat works, grouping works, combat mostly works, pretty amazing really.

I've only run into one major bug so far, that's broken chests/Treasure Hunter passive. Not to say there aren't more but compared to the amount of things that they usually break with their lack of QA, could be way worse...

I haven't encountered any issues yet. I don't use addons and they're often a cause of problems immediately after a patch as with the present banking problem apparently. Doubtless the next incremental patch will fix a lot of the issues other players are experiencing.

For what reason they have a PTS server if bugs didnt get fixed.
    Groupfinder:
The worst part is when it finally puts you in a group, your healer turns into a werewolf, your tank has 14k HP and the dps is heavy armor, using a restro staff and a two handed sword on the backbar. Then comes the 15 minute penalty before the cycle starts anew.

    Rulz of Morrowind:
    • The first rule of Morrowind is: You do not talk about Morrowind.
    • The second rule of Morrowind is: You do not talk about Morrowind.
    • Third rule of Morrowind: Someone yells NDA stuff, uploads images, streams, the game is over.
    • Fourth rule: only invited players can test.
    • Fifth rule: one invite at a time, fellas.
    • Sixth rule: crying or bashing on pts.
    • Seventh rule: NDA will go on as long as they have to.
    • And the eighth and final rule: If this is your first invite at Morrowind, you have to play.

OP, what bugs are you referring to that justify a hot fix?
Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

    Earn it.

Bugs can't always be fixed within the timescale of the PTS, plus a lot of bugs won't be apparent when only a small proportion of the players are on the PTS and only become apparent when everyone is playing on Live. Also, on the PTS people will tend to focus on playing the new content which is what they're there for rather than doing all the myriad of other things that people routinely do on Live and which can still be impacted by the changed code in the new content.

I just wonder how the game looks like on PTS if there's still so many bugs going live.

I'll tell you something - when it comes to bugs, ESO has considerably less of them than most other MMO's I have played.

I still play Star trek Online when I'm not in the mood for Tamriel, and let me tell you thats a really buggy mess, with massive animation bugs, stuff that is very obviously broken. And they haven't fixed any of it.
