I often have a giggle when seeing actually funny names in game but keep forgetting to write 'em down. I try to have a bit of fun in naming characters but I'm not great at it!

I have an orc stamknight named Petunia gra-Gortwog. Her mother was an alchemist who specialized in flower based potions. Her name drive her to become a dragon knight to prove herself.

Dunmer magblade named Vlala Hlaalu. Her parents were cruel.

I have an Argonian on the EU server named Chases-Her-Tail. When I tried to use the same name on the NA server, though, it was already taken.

I created an Argonian during the Jubilee and named him Completes-Many-Writs. Will eventually get leveled as a tank, but just trains in horseriding for now.

I have a Breton named "I am an Elf." More dumb than funny though.

Fans of the old series Rumpole of the Bailey might get a chuckle from my Argonian named, She-Who-Must-Be-Obeyed.

She is friends with another of my Argonians named Cries-Crocodile-Tears (She-Who can be quite forceful).

Other neighbors are three Khajiits named Cleverclaws-The-Curpurse (steals everything not locked down), Cat-Of-Nine-Tales that can spin some whopping yarns and Kitty-Did-A-Bad-Thing (can't really say what she did in public O.o)

I love all the funny names!

All my characters have ordinary names, but I still have 4 (and after Elsweyr, 7) free slots - I will really have to think about some funny names for my future alts

I also saw some funny names which other people use in game, but I can't remember all:

Poops In Silence - I saw this character long time ago, and can't unsee
Eat Pasta Run Fasta - it makes me giggle, such unexpected combination, and it sounds awesome
Telvar Tax Collector - I don't like tel var "steal" mechanic, but it's very clever name for a character who preys in IC...
Focus This Guy - in Cyrodiil, love it

I aim for lore-friendly names that are still amusing. My argonians are named Tanks-For-Nothing and Tickles-Your-Fancy. One of my orcs is named Goan gro-Apair.
