So I found the website, logged in on the support-site, selected "early acces morrowind" and now the *** begins. I have to print the freaking pre-order invoice, write my screen-name on it, scan it and then attach it to the request. Like I have a printer and scanner standing here. I give it to you ZoS. I can understand all the changes, the messing up with ESO+, but this is a step to far! You got lucky that I want that freaking Dwemer Statue on my desk, otherwise I would tell you where to shove that early acces of yours!

LoL I was laughing as I went the process. At least they didn't ask us to churn butter for them while we were at it.
I don't think you have to print it out though. I just took a screen shot of the receipt/order and used picture editor to put my eso user name on it.

I ordered the physical CE for 60 euro's more then the normal upgrade, and now you gonna give early acces to those who did the digital upgrade? Great, another *** spit in the face for more money! Good job ZOS, this way you scare away your devoted playerbase! @ZOS_GinaBruno
I'm not missing the point. I understand what is being said, I just think it is petty and incorrect. It's a pretty well known fact among ESO players in general that console has to wait for certification before they are allowed to push updates to it. They've never hidden this.
The article about early access also clearly states this at the bottom:Due to the time needed for certification of the PlayStation and Xbox One ESO: Morrowind clients, we are not able to offer early access for our console players. We look forward to seeing you on June 6!
For all we know, June 6th might have been the earliest they could get certification on console for the patch. We don't know that early access was ever even planned, it could have been a recent decision. Seems to me stating early access upfront would have been a really good selling point to get more preorders.
It's only a slap in the face based on your own conjecture.

With the way things are developing the early access is just a renamed public test for which players are paying for.
You have to be crazy to opt for early access for this "expansion".

I find it hilarious that this is the reason... FFXIV seems to be able to patch both PC/Console simultaneously with zero problems.... one might say they are professionals. (To be fair it's only 1 console PS3/4 but regardless they do it.)

It clearly states (sadly) that you have to write it on. They dont trust their players, but yet they take our money...sounds like the mafia to me really.

lol, wrong. A patch has to first be completed (as in final changes) which the final patch will land May 22 then submitted for approval. Next it has to go through technical certification to ensure it won't brick the console after being approved. It then of course takes time for them to distribute the patch to the various console servers to be delivered to consoles. So for a patch to release May 22 it has to be submitted roughly 1 week in advance. 3.0 won't be done 1 week before May 22 as it'd be 1 patch behind. In short to do an early access they'd have to push launch to June 13th with early access starting June 6th, which is just stupid for the sake of satisfying console whiners.

Every other multi platform game manages somehow, magically, to do all of this well in advance, to enable a multi platform release at the same time.
ZOS just uses this bs as an excuse time and time again. If they wanted to do it, they would.
But hey, carry on believing.
Never seen so many grown people cry.
