    I'd like to submit a change to this:
    Bow
    Heavy Attacks now automatically fire when they are fully charged.

    to instead read:

    "Added a tooltip that explains how casting an ability while holding the heavy bow attack will force it to automatically release at full charge, thereby wasting no time at all."

    Seeing how players who don't cancel their heavy bow attacks with skills or swaps won't benefit from this change anyway (because they are already not making very good use of their global cooldowns), this only hurts players who hold their bow heavies for specific mechanics.

    "This will be a buff if all you do is heavy attack."

    Oh wait... for a second there I forgot that this update was intended to be purely heavy attacks, heavy attack everywhere. Nvm then... /shrug

    On a more serious note... This doesn't show me at all that you guys are concerned about how fluid bow animations are in pve (bow has been dead in pve for like a year now). It instead shows me that you want to impose heavier restrictions on bow gankers in pvp without any regard for those players who do vMA and open-world content with a bow on at least one bar.

    PLEASE CONSIDER REVERTING THIS CHANGE. "Fully charged heavy attacks from bow now fire when charged".

    In pvp, a huge part of using bow is charging a heavy attack and holding it until an opponent comes around a corner, within range, etc. This change will completely remove this ability and make the bow even more useless than it already is.

    I understand the concern for ease of use with the new importance of heavy attacks, but you are destroying an entire playstyle with this change. Please consider either making this option a toggle or reverting it entirely. It is VERY easy to tell when a bow is fully charged, there is no reason to harm the playstyle in the name of "Streamlining" gameplay.

    Please reference the below video for a strong example of this playstyle, and why it will be ruined if this change hits live.

    That HA bow change is a nerf for gank builds lol. Did people really complain their couldn't sustain with bow HA?

    Also in hunting you hold the draw, and most hunters can hold it for 2-3 minutes. So there isnt even a real-world application to justify the change.

    Though that pirate skele change looks good. Nice way to block it from shield users (approved).
    Though 5 bucks says it terrible in real application since you can have it proc on health then shield spam lol.

    BSW nerf hurts non-magsorcs the most because sorc BiS (esp in morrowind) is already necro. It's not like msorcs are already the top dps this patch and next.. :|

    I would ask that you make heavy attacks toggle-ble where you change in settings to auto fire when ready or until you release. You are messing with gankers. I don't play a ganker but I love them because they know not the enemy they attack and can't usually kill me fast enough to where I get up and whoop them. Now, they'll roll as something more annoying.

    Finally a nerf to BSW and some set adjustments.... Actually not disappointed. But please make siphoning attacks closer to where it was prior to morrowind. And sorcs really need a damage nerf or other classes need further buffs.

    So scrap your stamblade characters, huh? Sad to see them rendered completely useless as my main is an Orc stamblade. :(

    Guys, please tell us already that you acknowledge the sustain issues players have on PTS as a real problem and that you guys are working on something substantial to address and alleviate these player complaints. None of this we're "tweaking things" but flat out tell us what's the deal.

    Is the current iteration of resource management going to make it to live mostly the way it is?

    Are you planning to alter the changes to resource management a lot to make...just playing the game more viable and fun before it goes live?

    Are you guys rolling back the changes in whole or in part - like keeping the CP changes but rolling back other parts to how they were in Homestead?

    Have you guys made a decision on this? What is the majority of the player feedback like that reaches you?

    Please just be open and flat out honest with us. You have us all worried as to where ESO is heading.

    Won't have to continue trying to get BSW weapons...check. Dark deal not nerfed as bad as "baddies" wanted...check. More options for mSorc damage armors...check. Pirate monster set changed but not uselss imo...check.

    Not a terrible round. But I agree with others that DK's of either type are going to be pretty much unplayable in PvP if changes go live as is. Looks pretty bleak for melee in general and with less than a month before launch? Don't see anything dramatic happening the next few weeks.

    Alrightyyy theeennnn, back to farming necro set...PTS deleted, different game loaded just in case.

    A start... Not a good start but a start. Repentance still needs some work because I do not want my stamplar to be fighting the other stamplar for corpses. Also, thank you for buffing twisting path, would be nice if you buffed refreshing path's healing and damage done by at least 5% to make night blade healers more viable or better yet they should get minor mending from standing in it.

    Now if you would just make this a toggle option, because I can already hear the PvP players crying...

    Also great to see you are trying to balance the item sets. This is a good start, even though there is a lot of fine tuning still to do.

    I really don't understand this BSW nerf. They stated to make more variety... but currently in live - most groups run 7 Sorcs and 1 MDK... 7 Necro and the DK with BSW.

    Where is their variety? They want to keep Sorc #'s up, along w/ Warden which is currently not that great on the magic side... while having other classes underperform even more? Like... what? Warden is more than likely going to run Necro as well... so where is the variety?

    Seems a bit backwards and situated towards the Sorc again, interesting.

    • The following item sets now has a 2-piece bonus of Spell Critical instead of Max Health:
      • Light Speaker
      • Netch’s Touch
      • Spider Cultist
      • Ysgramor’s Birthright
      Developer Comments:
      These sets are meant to be damage or healing focused by augmenting a particular element or skill line, so the 2-piece bonus of Max Health was out of place for this theme. We’ve updated them to have more appropriate 2-piece bonuses instead.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno why Silks of the Sun has not received the same treatment if it's exactly the same set than Ysgramor and Netch? Should we consider this a direct buff to Mwarden and Msorc but not to MDK?

    Well to be fair, BSW is outperforming Necro anyway in pet builds (tested it personally but don't tell that to the mainstream sorcs who spent all that time and money on their pet gear). But that doesn't change your point, with which I agree. Now BSW is questionable as a BiS set (don't really know for sure yet) but Necro is still right up there for Sorcs and nobody else. Except maybe NBs.... because sustain is so bad we might as well run Shades and Necro again just to feel like we're kind of cool in this update, even though we're basically just wannabe Sorcs. Anyone else feeling like Necro + Architect and just heavy attack spam until Soul Harvest is up again?

    ZOS, you are without a doubt the worst game company I've ever had the misfortune of being so invested in when it comes to player feedback. You clearly have no idea how your game is being played and it's obvious at this point that you're not going to make the changes absolutely everyone but you knows this game needs. I'm starting to regret the multiple thousands of dollars I've spent on this game over the years. Every time you post these notes, it's just an insult to all of your loyal players / customers.
