^said magsorc. Lethal arrow is going to harm anyone.
But op as the rest of it. Wear them put first then at 50% go for the frag and wrath and finally streak into them.
Don't use frags straight away. When it procs suck up a heavy and wait for them to dodge...when they dodge and come back up then frag them back them down and go fo it. Main reason you're failing is you're ccing too early. Make them use than stam first in someway. They all have poor recovery.

This is a function of the passive Vengeance which will guarantee a critical if they block 3 instances of magical damage. There is a thread in the Alliance War forums regarding it.

The guy who said to put lethal arrow on.. LOL. Lethal arrow is pointless against magplars and the healing reduction cp barely scratches their healing capabilities.
If we are gonna leave bol how it is make it so the player that is spamming it has cost increase just like from roll dodging and also make it so they can't be staring at a wall pressing one button and being damn near unkillable.

Except in this game, when something gets nerfed for PVP, it's nerfed for everyone - even PVE. They don't separate the two.

As I mentioned above you're free to ignore them most of the time if you're group separates and focus other targets down first. That's the counter if they won't go down, wailing away on them, all you're probably doing is giving them wrath and resources while the DD's they run with wreck your allies.
