I have never seen them on the console. Though we know that true gamemasters will have the Z insignia in front of their GTs, I've yet to spot one, but that's just me. I think they only play on the PTS.
They don't anymore
There was a time when they did, but then they vanished. @Yolokin_Swagonborn is someone who happens to have a SS of them back when they still played

Invisible mobs and map icons. Constant loading screens. Crashes. Missing music and sound. Massive FPS drops. Activity Finder broken, again. The only reason why people are so irate is because they care. When they stop caring, there goes your ESO Plus and Crown Store money.

I'd be happy with a status update. I don't want to go all my-tax-dollars on you, but I am paying for ESO+ and for 2 weeks it's been ESO-
Is the problem known? Is a fix being developed? Tested? Validated?
Is there anyone still employed at ZOS?

How can they make/fix a game if they're not playing it? They may have been downsized but they're currently hiring engineers and programmers, etc. Maybe there's hope...
PTS: accept a small portion of the feedback, then they'll do whatever looks good on paper

You must be new to computer things, no one can foresee how long it will take to fix something.
So, as they're not quite happy seeing customers leaving, your answer is ASAP.

You must be new to computer games, MMORPGs or the experience of efficient customer service. "ASAP" for a series of debilitating issues that have persisted for going on three weeks is not an appropriate or professional response for problems of this magnitude. Nearly every other game would have given us an update, a post, something, that wasn't vagaries buried in various threads or whispered in spur of the moment ESO live broadcasts that hardly anyone watches, or should need to watch to understand the resolution of the technical apocalypse that has befallen Tamriel.
It's not professional. And you asserting or even suggesting that it is/ might be shows a lack of insight into what a proper customer service process and response looks like.

I'll spell it slowly again for you since you seem to be challenged @Peekachu99 :
No. one. can.forese. how.long.it.will.take.to.fix.things.
This is computer science, not plastic surgery. Hence ASAP is the logical answer since you cannot foresee the ammount of time.
What you're pointing to in your attempt to argue is communication which is a totally different issue.

I can't even say that the poor experience is limited to PvP anymore. I disconnect constantly in PvE...and not just dungeons, mind you. I disconnect EVERYWHERE. At crafting tables in the middle of virtually no other player interaction that I could possibly blame for poor performance. I disconnect at the freaking character selection screen.
Just this morning, there was a new kind of annoyance in the form of getting booted back to the character selection screen every 10 steps as a I was in Shornhelm.
Your game is becoming unplayable, and simply stating "Engineers are working on these issues" now gives all the comfort of "Your call is very important to us, please stay on the line".
Simply fix the issues. At least make the issues return to the fond memories I have of only occasionally being annoyed Pre-DB.
