FIX THE GAME, ZOS!

I 100% agree with the original poster, I love this game but I am now so tired of the incompetence of this company to fix it. I joined this game in the beta and stayed with it through all the mess of bugs giving them the time to fix and here we are now July 2016 and it's even worse now than it was then. why they don't fix it, I honestly cannot comprehend is their team so inadequate that they don't know how or is it simply Zos that doesn't care so won't allow them to do what they need to do to get it fixed, I think its likely the latter. Doesn't make sense I know for Zos to take that attitude but neither does it make sense for them to get this game into such an unplayable mess, if they have no interest in the game then please sell it on to someone who can and will love and fix it !!!!! there has to be someone out there that can fix it
    hopefully

The current state of the game on console reminds me of 1.6 on PC, which caused me and many others to quit.

I see, you found the perfect excuse to come whinning here everyday.

Mind you, not all PC/Mac users want you to speak for them because you're only making things worse: thanks to people like you, ZOS consider more and more the forums as a "venting area" instead of the feedback area it was supposed to be.

So, because you have minimal issues, you feel the need to insert your opinion, with incorrect spelling at that?

Mind you, posts such as this have little to no impact on the "feedback area vs venting area" argument, so try again.

This "venting" is in fact feedback to the game itself. So please, take your happy self elsewhere and enjoy the game since you are in the minority of people not experiencing issues and stop wasting our time here.

Who said I'm having minimal issues ? Not me, you just pulled it out of your behind, @davidj8291 ...

So venting is feeback ? Alright, I guess you are the kind of people that need to be repeated 100 times the same things in order for you to work, saying it once is not enough. Actually you are the ones wasting everyone's time repeating yourself over and over about things everyone is aware.

Oh and by the way, sorry for not being English native, sigh.

Tell me, why are you here then? And please, don't give me that.
You made a grammar mistake trying to be cute on this post and got told off for both. Everyone who gets called out for a grammar mistake suddenly speaks multiple languages. It's not about you making a mistake, it's about you trolling this thread and being sarcastic at the same time. If you are going to troll, you don't have much room for error.

We aren't just venting, we are listing specific problems that are not being addressed.

There is a VERY simple solution for you. You don't like it? Go away. Comment on other threads.

But you won't because you get some twisted enjoyment out of arguing with people and being a troll. @Smileybones there are more people in this world than you. Get over it.

Learn about feedback. There's positive, negative, constructive, objective, subjective, etc. All kinds of feedback. This is just one type.
Someone provides you bad service repeatedly, this kind of thread IS feedback.

Whether YOU like it or not. Now take the narcissism elsewhere, please, unless you are going to offer something valuable other than telling us that you don't deem what we are doing as acceptable.

You know what they didn't address in the patch that's coming out on Wednesday for consoles? What just happened to me - my subscription got charged (they got my money) but no access to any ESOplus content. Guess my Sunday will be spent being the ping-pong ball between ZOS customer service and XB live customer service.

It's completely ridiculous and actually very insulting that they continue to shove update 11 down our throats and just completely ignore the crippling, game-breaking issues that have persisted for far too long. I'd say people should boycott the Crown Store but that won't happen.

:( Look around the rest of the forums... people are getting frustrated all over, about the missing ESOplus, the DCs, the lag, the glitches, the broken skills/abilities... It won't be long before everyone throws their hands up and says "I'm out". Guess that's what ZOS really wants, right?

You know what? Xbox Live customer service was very helpful to me about the subscription thing even though they said it was a client (ZOS) issue. If only ZOS would use the same customer service company... Oh wait, that'd mean they care. If only they can add customer service to the Crown Store so you can pay for good customer service...

From one of my tickets I had open, complaining about some of these issues:

We have identified a cause of the majority of the crashes to dashboard and crash loops that some characters are getting caught in on Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The highest volume of crash loops we’re seeing are in and around Orsinium and Wrothgar, especially where you pick up and do Crafting Writs, and to a lesser degree in Elden Root and Grahtwood. We are rolling out this fix on Wednesday, July 6. Once this fix goes live, you should no longer see frequent crashes to dashboard and crash loops on specific characters.

So, by Thursday July 7th, let's hope for a better game.

PC EU yesterday afternoon and evening. PVE zones were lagging like crazy and ping went through the roof most of the time. Not Wrothgar, not crowded Mournhold but every zone I checked. Zone chat was full of people complaining about high ping.

Even if they are rolling out a patch this Wednesday (which I will reserve an inkling of hope that it will improve things) it is beyond me as to why ZOS would not reply to this thread... even a statement of, hey we have something coming out on such and such time here is an expectation...... pretty apparent that ZOS sees their customers as a nuisance and not as fellow gamers that they themselves enjoy being in the community with....

It's best to keep it secret, that way when they release it and break more of the game nobody will know what they were trying to do and all the new bugs can be put under "working as intended".

I haven't been able to teleport this afternoon, everytime I try and use the wayshrine the game crashes to log in.

Prior to that the lag was incredibly bad even if there was only two of us in an area.

I accept things happen, though it would be nice to know if this is a temporary glitch or if this is the cost of too many people and this is as good as its going to get. Though that would be unplayable.

I'm just at my end of the tether with this game. The constant exploiting of jumping on top of keeps in Cyrodil is really annoying. And not a peep from Zos that this is going to be fixed.
Meanwhile I read on the next update patch notes that they are fixing the pet mud crabs not leaving their footprints behind.
Just blows my mind in trying to rationalize their update priorities.
I can only conclude that it must be the Zos culture, after all, how else can one explain the irrational and haphazard approach they take to game fixes? I'm also going to take a stab in the dark here and guess that their internal structure isn't quite right. They probably have some form of cross functional self managed teams, but they are not talking to each other, or their team leaders are not talking to each other. And that's probably another reason why we have mudcrab footprints as a hot fix and not the more pressing items.
    Just my two cents.......

They don't seem to have the skills to fix the game, nor the desire to recruit those who do. They do enough to make it look like they are doing something.

The ending of customer service based Eso live (only used now to sell new content) seemed to mark the point when customer service gave up. When was the last post on the forum which wasn't moderating a thread....

Yeah, I'm right there with you on the prioritization of fixes for this game. By all means, mudcrab footprints are a game breaker problem, not the giant number of Nightblades and Dragonknights jumping into castles left and right just by targeting a too far above the ground NPC or player.
