FIX THE GAME, ZOS!

That's all. I don't want to stop loving this game, but you're making it very difficult. Just fix it, ZOS. Fix the DCs, the lag, the loading screens, the broken chat, the bad customer service, broken skills/abilities, the missing NPCs, etc.

Seconded. Fix it. Stop focusing solely on the bottom line. Just. Fix. The. Game. It's not as hard as you make it out to be, ZOS.

Pre-DB I occasionally experienced unbearable lag in PvP, as well as occasional disconnects on particularly busy nights with dozens of combatants piled onto one keep for an eternity (thanks for the forward camps, BTW), but Post-DB this frustration has spilled into every aspect of the game.
I can't even say that the poor experience is limited to PvP anymore. I disconnect constantly in PvE...and not just dungeons, mind you. I disconnect EVERYWHERE. At crafting tables in the middle of virtually no other player interaction that I could possibly blame for poor performance. I disconnect at the freaking character selection screen.
Just this morning, there was a new kind of annoyance in the form of getting booted back to the character selection screen every 10 steps as a I was in Shornhelm.

Your game is becoming unplayable, and simply stating "Engineers are working on these issues" now gives all the comfort of "Your call is very important to us, please stay on the line".

Simply fix the issues. At least make the issues return to the fond memories I have of only occasionally being annoyed Pre-DB.

Yea my patience is being sorely tested. I've adjusted to the crappy performance since 1.6 and I can accept that MMOs that have bugs, glitches and exploits that can be difficult to fix. It is crazy to think of all the updates we have had since 1.6 and performance is as crappy as ever. Makes me think they are incapable of fixing it.

However, this loading screen bug is really getting on my nerves. One of the most basic functions of ANY game is to load properly in a timely manner. This one is costing me a lot of my limited play time as well as random CTDs I never used to get before.

The most concerning thing though is a minor annoyance that should be easily and rapidly fixed and that is the continuous spam emails congratulating 160 Champ rank. How hard could this be to fix in a timely manner.

I'm really losing my faith in their ability to properly manage and maintain this game which pains me as I really to love the underlying design and foundation of the game which continues to crumble with every update.

YES! I forgot about the Champion spam mails! We get those but sometimes it takes hours to get a mail from a fellow player

I've played MMOs for over 10 years.... There is a difference between a bug, or unintended interation between 2 elements of the game, and Cyrodil just being crap performance, I didnt play 1.6 but from what I can gather before then it wasnt bad, my question is how does it go from decent server performance to crap?!

Something doesnt add up, and I love this game

I agree to all the above and have experience the same ever since DB dropped and it's not a great feeling. ESO was once the only game I played for over 2yrs.

Now I just get frustrated playing ESO and it seems I waste too much time just trying to play ESO, That has been my recent personal experience and now I play other games most the time and only hope that I can again return to ESO and have a pleasant experience.

I am also getting tired of all new crown store stuff and DLC releases coming up with no real solution to the current problems that thousands if not millions of players have to put up with.

Agreed. I'd rather they put a hold on their new stuff and fix what's wrong before adding even more things to break the game further. But, you know, who are we except the idiots addicted to the game and paying our ESO+ subscription? Not sure if they actually care that we're not enjoying the game anymore.

They clearly don't care whether people are enjoying the game or not. Really, all they care about anymore is making money. Take the barber shop for example. If they really cared about the playerbase, they would give it out for in game gold considering how a lot of the hair styles are already in the game. But nope, they saw an opportunity to make $$$ and they took it, like they always do. It's a pretty much a big *** you to the players

I get that they need to make money and they need to attract new players (or bring back in old players that got bored with the game) to spend their money on the new content... I get it. But, what about those of us withstanding all of the broken things in the game, coming back everyday with the hope that maybe, maybe today the DCs won't be too bad, maybe I'll only get one long loading screen... I'm feeling like my money doesn't mean anything. Honestly, I'd actually pay a higher monthly fee if the game actually worked as intended.

Not to mention the crummy ESO plus issue of not being a recognized Plus member even though you have paid your money to be a member... Customer service????? ZOS have you hired the same customer service representatives that Comcast uses?????Bahhhhhhh

Exactly! Brand new players get frustrated, I see it happen in Cyrodiil all the time. People rage quit because they come in expecting a smooth experience and the lag... well, fighting with lag is like trying to catch fireflies in the daylight.

And the lag isn't just in Cyrodiil anymore... it's EVERYWHERE, even solo areas.

I have never seen them on the console. Though we know that true gamemasters will have the Z insignia in front of their GTs, I've yet to spot one, but that's just me. I think they only play on the PTS.
