You put in a ticket... for a bug report... and you expected a different answer? Your logic is horrible... This is why tickets take so long. They have to read tons of nonsense submitted to the wrong places

We also put in bug reports and also posted here and were SPECIFICALLY TOLD to put in a CS TICKET - so your snark is thoroughly unnecessary.

Just be happy to get an answer. The last 20 bugs I reported are still marked as unresolved and I didn't even get a note that someone read it and decided it's not important.

at least you got an answer acknowledging that your complaint was received.

But I see this mainly as one of the many negative side effects of exploiters, consuming resources of ZOS better put to a better use.

administration effort of careful investigation, banning and appeals and so on will take quite some time of ZOS people.

We should have fought for our village and not have backed down, with our tail between our legs. Now my home village is in shambles, the houses burning, the invaders feasting.I swear every day to Shor that after Molag Bal has been defeated, I will hunt down the invaders and restore peace in Bleakrock and drink my mead with my friends at the market place".PC-EU

How did you expect him to help?
Roll out a bug fix just for your friend?

I mean, best case scenario, the response you might have gotten is:
"Thank you for your feedback. This is a known bug that we are working to resolve."

I don't know what you think, but I expect someone who is taking my money every month to enough to at least toss me a We'll look into that type bone.

The above letter is the polar and total OPPOSITE of what I would expect.

Yeah the Known Bug thing would be fine.

Absolutely NOTHING whatsoever is NOT fine.

Edit to add: Also, any bug fix to this would be for Every Templar in the Game who uses this passive. Not exactly a bug fix just for a friend. :|

Exactly! Yesterday, I jokingly posted that the Crown Store will be selling Server Stability Patches. Ties in nicely with a premium support plan.

To be fair the problem people have with Sacred Ground right now is not Sacred Ground itself but the fact Snares count as CC and thus enemy NPCs trigger CC immunity from being snared. Yeah I'd consider that a bug myself but it's more than just Sacred Ground...

The modern game approach. Make a game, take a bit out and then sell it back as dlc content

    Hey everyone,

First, just a quick clarification question. Is the original post referring to monsters that can break out of crowd control? If so this behavior is mainly seen inside the Trials (and a handful of monsters elsewhere). Currently on live servers, snare effects cause these monsters to trigger the crowd control break and then become immune to any kind of crowd control for a short period of time.

Internally, we have removed snares from the list of crowd control effects that trigger the monster's crowd control break. This means a snare effect from an ability like Sacred Ground will no longer cause the next Fiery Grip to fail because the monster is immune to crowd control. This should help during encounters where positioning the monsters can be critical to success.

You can expect this update in an upcoming patch!

However if the behavior being referenced is something else, please elaborate and we will look into it. Thanks all!

Not just Sacred Ground but anything that snares. Silver Bolt, Trapping Webs, Lotus Fan, etc. Snares will no longer induce CC immunity in NPCs! Rejoice people wanting to use Sacred Ground for your prayers have been answered by Seiffer!

Or it's an elaborate prank :p
