Please fix ulti bug

Seriously?! There is an ulti bug where if you're using a cost reduction set or passive, it would not work such as batswarm ulti cost reduction from vanpire passive, ulti cost from sorc passive and ulti reduction from yhe blessing of potentates set.

Can someone explain pls?

    The ultimate cost from batswarm is usually 158 but it wont work until it's at 200.

    @jbcrocks No one is saying there isn't a problem. ZOS has admitted there is. Everyone is pointing out that the patch notes haven't actually been released and you are angry about information being missing from something that does not yet exist.

    They have known about this from the first hour DB went live, so it's not unknown to them. One would hope it gets addressed. I bought Blessing of Potentate and sucks that it's useless currently.

    been having issues with batswarm since db came out.
    Toppling charge is also broken. Make it like ambush. problem solved

    Come on @olsborg I died to many times cause this bs haha at least Selene's bat swarm cost normally, some ppls are charged 200 ulti for batswarm even in vamp 4 stage.

    I would also like to report that I have no problems with a couple of things in the game. I hope that gets fixed too. ;)
