Its worse than that - elevation doesnt matter i managed with my dk do get on wall just by standing under wall and targeting enemy one it.

Might see a fix by next update lol that's comedy. That ranks right up there with the talons bug where you slide a good 150 yards in some random direction then die from fall damage. But yet let's focus on putting poisons in the game instead of fixing these crazy ass bugs haha I think this might be one of the glitchiest games I've ever played for sure.

Shield charge does this too. In the sewers I can shield charge onto the second level of buildings and spawn points from ground level. Didn't work from outer keep wall though

Similar to templar's javelin skill. If you throw your spear up on a wall, you can quickly recast it 2-5 times per second (bugged animation when throwing upwards).
Unfortunately, it did not seem to hurt the target each time, it's just bugged

Toppling Charge:
Charge with your divine lance to impale an enemy for 16 Magic Damage and stun them for 1.5 seconds.
If casting, enemy is set off balance for 5 seconds.

New Effect:
Always stuns and casting targets are set off balance.
Become godlike, flying through the air towards the enemy
