DB patch - fear often unbreakable (again).

It's back...

And often the game is so slow to register a break-free from fear that it takes seconds to execute/animate.

It was never properly fixed, but now it is aweful again.

    I have also heard that people are CCing you inside negates because you can't break free due to negate. haven't played long enough to run into it myself but seems like a bad combo to have unbreakable negates that you can't walk out of or cast in.

    This happens A LOT! Breaking free needs to be 100x more responsive. How many times do I have to hit the button?? I'm running away out of control or flailing around on the ground and cannot break free (yes I have stamina and hitting the correct button(s)). There is a HUGE disconnect when my character is actually feared to the animation my character shows as well.

    Also, I noticed the gap closer root the target is back too. Happened to me last night... all of a sudden my guy stops running and is standing there. I'm like WTH?? I look around and see no one, then all of a sudden here comes someone flying to hit me.

    Please fix. Thank you.

    sounds like a lot of fun in cyro... i'm not even surprised anymore by eso's combat design. it clearly gets better with each dlc.

    btw. has this anyone verified?

    I get the feeling that while things like dodge roll are calculated client side, CC break is calculated entirely server side. Would explain the constant delays between trying to CC break and actually getting out.

    Or it could just be that the game is full of spaghetti code.
