Thread seems pointless. So does trying to rally a petition over a useless npc when there are actual legitimate concerns. Guess I'm just weird like that.
Here is a possible reason ZOS is removing... Ninglenel is a QUEST NPC, players that are using him as a test dummy may be preventing other players from completing their quests. I don't know exactly how these quest NPCs work or how the coding works, and whether such things could interfere with another player's quest completion.

It is absolutely not pointless this npc allowed us to test and perfect our rotations solo over significantly longer times than what is capable with say running into spindle and nuking the bloodspawn down over 20 seconds and does not require a group to do so and if you have ever stepped foot in VMOL you would know that boss fights generally last well over five minutes. Nothing else in this game comes close to the sustainable dps test on those bosses. Maybe to you this is useless however for pretty much 99% of the people that have commented on this thread or anyone running end game trials this is not.

Weird, I thought people were replying because it's a deltia thread. Or maybe this npc is more of a PC thing. If I want to test sustainable dps I'll go do some vmsa >.>

Why should anyone, including myself stop what we're doing and give a crap when there's more important issues on hand. Like.. Fixing maelstrom lag. Unless you have a combat log attacking this guy does nothing in the way of helping you dps other than rotation practice. <~ and those opportunities aren't exceedingly absent from this game.
1. vMSA as dps test? really lol?
2. "long line of traffic to kill this guys" - no, he's unkillable and that's what makes him such a useful tool, can have several people beating on him infinitely.
3. More important issues at hand? could be, but this is a very important endgame tool (obviously you're not much of an endgame PvE player hence finding it difficult to understand) but what's actually outrageous is that they invested resources (however small of an amount) to remove this tool that so many of us love instead of giving us a better alternative first
4. "not helping your dps other than rotation pratice" - lol? this pretty much has the largest impact on DPS, with a bad rotation you can literally pull half or less of the dps than someone with the exact same gear and setup who has a good rotation.

Yes, training dummies are coming with Player Housing. .... But Player Housing is still many months away.
Yes, Ninglenel is a bug that needs to be fixed. ... All we're asking is for them to temporarily "unfix" this bug and hold off on fixing this bug until Player Housing is released.
The crux here is that we don't want to go for months without a tool as useful as this.

Who knew ESO had a training dummy? I didn't until recently, only to find out it's being removed from the game (stealth like).
I find this completely unacceptable and want everyone to band together and let ZOS know we want change.https://youtu.be/96OS6ut5in0
MY IMMERSION
While I respect people's willingness to play solo and enjoy their game, it shouldn't come at the cost of other people's fun and enjoyment either. Some people like me and many others LOVE testing DPS. I'm not the best at it nor anywhere close but constantly seeking improvement in this game combats is what keeps me coming back, its definitely not Cyrodiil lag.
PLEASE if you agree with this, leave a comment even /sign, share on Facebook, Twitter, the public bathroom at Seven Eleven anywhere. We need either this back in the game or an alternative solution for solo DPS testing.
I'm tired of dragging 3 friends to Blood Spawn for hours at a time, help me ZOS you're my only hope.
(PS I'm willing to pay crowns for this time of thing in game, I don't care just give me something similar or put it back)
