Pretty sure you could but knowing Wrobel he going to give Morag tong a 5% chance to increase poison damage by 2-5% with a 5 second cool down.

On the recent ESO live it was specific to the PvP sets being scaled up.

bis combination in pvp for archers
Couple of observations opening boxes:
1. If the set was previously in RftW as a random trait, it still has a random trait. (example: Elf Bane) Otherwise it has its "traditional" trait. (example: Cyro Light is reinforced)
2. The sets do not seem evenly distributed.
3. Jewelry pieces drop blue (e.g. Cyro Light).
4. I had a REALLY hard time getting 5-pc Alteration mastery to test.
5. There is a set which gives +4% mana as a three piece (2 rings and a resto staff). Used to be not good. Now its amazing considering how high stats are.
6. With a few exceptions, most of the sets are complete junk and need a top-to-bottom rework.
7. You thought bow spam is bad in this patch? Wait till people slot Hawk's Eye/Morag Tong/Marksman/Viper's Sting. Gonna be ridiculous. The 2H/Bow DK is gonna hit you with 40k worth of DoTs.
8. "Hew's Bane" boxes provide all of the current PvP sets AND jewelry.
I just tested it. The bags not only come with the armor of those sets, but also the weapons and jewelry of those sets too. Take a look. I did not look to see how good the items were, but from 20 medium offensive armor, I got 3 parts of the Molag Tong set, 5 parts (including a double) of the Hawks eye set, and others. I would say the chances aren't too bad

I can't wait to see how Eric plans to nerf all these sets when he completes his "balance pass." He mentioned on ESO live that these sets will not go live the way they are on this PTS pass.
Get ready for lots of "This effect has a cooldown of" and "10% chance to" added to your favorites. If you find your favorite set being nerfed to the ground, you can go back in this thread and find the people that called for nerfs (BEFORE we even had a chance to test the sets and the meta) and personally thank them.

Are the sets Bind on Pickup or Bind on Equip? Bind on Pickup would mean you need tons of AP to get the set in the traits you wanted. Also make every set available in every trait pls.

So, while it does create the possibility of having a really powerful archer, that power comes at quite a cost. It's hard to say whether it's worth it even for the bow, because the weapon damage boost from Alchemist (drink potion with DW, weapon swap, keep the 500+ weapon damage for bow) is pretty sweet.
