I have no idea what the RNG is on the Medium Offensive bags... but I got 10 Covenant's Bands in a row and, in the next batch of bags I got 5 Covenant's Bands in a row. Oh god, why...

    So much AP wasted.

Too bad the jewelery at least doesn't come in purple. :(
Far too many characters to list any more.

I wish the names of the bags were a little more descriptive.

"Unknown Offensive Light Armor" means staff weapons? Then why not say "Unknown Staff Weapon," instead?

And is the pattern of the distribution of sets DELIBERATELY intended to make it harder to get a full set?

As it stands, Blessings of the Potentate is a necklace, sword, and shield. It appears as though these three items are broken up between two different bags, (as is Wrath of the Imperium). So in total, I only want 6 items distributed among 4 different bag types which all feature 7-8 possible sets, and the various types of pieces for each set.

Some of us don't live in Cyrodiil and aren't rolling in the AP. I had 350k AP when I approached the vendor. I bought 16 bags looking for Blessings of the Potentate and/or Wrath of the Imperium, and I did not get one, single piece I wanted! Not one! At least under the old 250k AP per piece system, I could at least get ONE piece I wanted (instead of 16 disappointments).

Why, for the love of all that is good and pure, must you make me buy bag after bag after bag on the GAMBLE that I might get the pieces I'm looking for? This "improvement" borders on sadistic for those people, like myself, who don't enjoy chance games which feature significantly more disappointments than rewards.

I returned to the game in February hoping the Dev's were done trolling players. Obviously, I was wrong.

Well, there are also Sets from PvE only I'd love to have, but since im "rolling in AP" because I mainly PvP, this is a welcome way for me to get some cool items for my spent time (earned AP).

Keep in mind you can keep checking Guild Traders for these sets, they are bound on equip.

I dont have that possibility if I, lets say want pieces of item sets from Imperial City Prison or Whitegold Tower (BoP or awful traits as BoE). Also the most interesting trial sets are BoP.

This is where usually these 2 debates start:
    - how unfair it is for the PvE Playerbase to get PvP Items
    - how unfair it is for the PvP Playerbase to get PvE Items

I still dont understand why there must be restrictions like BoP anyway.

So selling stuff that currently is BoP, like ICP, WGT, Trial or VMSA Sets (not including Maelstrom Weapons)
supports the "Play as you want" Aspect advertised so much, and opens up more Possibilities for everyone.

    It should look like this:

    Monster Sets:
    - Remove Vendor in Cyrodiil
    - Helmets and Shoulders are both availaible in respective Dungeon and from Chests
    - If Helmet/Shoulder is obtained in the respective Dungeon, it is bound on Equip (BoE)
    - If Helmet/Shoulder is obtained from Undaunded Chests, it is bound on Pickup(BoP)
    - (Includes Impenetrable Trait already! e.e)

    Maelstrom Weapons:
    - Maelstrom Weapons from Round 9 are bound on Pickup (BoP)
    - Leaderboard Reward maelstrom Weapons are Bound on Equip (BoE)
    - Only from Veteran Maelstrom Arena

    Master Weapons:
    - Master Weapons from Dragonstar Arena are bound on Pickup (BoP)
    - Master Weapons from PvP Top 2% Leaderboard are Bound on Equip (BoE)
    - PvP Top 2% Leaderboard now guarantees a Master Weapon
    - Can be obtained from both, PvE and PvP
    - (Make V16 availaible already e.e)

    Imperial City Dungeons:
    - Set Items obtained from Bosses are Bound on Pickup (BoP)
    - Set Items obtained from Treasure Vault are Bound on Equip (BoE)

    Trials:
    - Set items obtained from Bosses are Bound on Pickup (BoP)
    - Set Items obtained from Leaderboard are Bound on Equip (BoE)

Like this, the market wont be flooded with unique Sets so fast, since the BoE ones arent that fast/easy to get, but at the same time make them availaible at all and allow for some more Gold income for every kind of Player (PvE / PvP)

Bastion of the Heartlands weapons please!

    @GreenSoup2HoT

There are 4 more potentially awesome sets.

    Im talking about
    - Destruction Mastery (light armor)
    - Alteration Mastery (light armor)
    - Undaunted Unweaver (light armor)
    - Undaunted Infiltrator (medium armor)
If the mastery sets had, lets say Destro and Resto Staves, or just 1 Piece of jewelry, there could be awesome combinations possible.

The Undaunted Sets are terribly outdated because they come from a time where Weapon damage was useful on Staves.
Not even on a hybrid they look appealing anymore aswell. They really need to be looked at.

    Undaunted Unweaver: Changes:
(2 items) Adds 945 Max Stamina 688 Spell Critical
(3 items) Adds 945 Max Stamina 129 Spell Damage
(4 items) Adds 672 Spell Critical 129 Spell Damage
(5 items) After casting an ability that costs Stamina, light attacks deal 756 additional Magic damage and heavy attacks deal 1134 additional magic damage for 10 seconds. The additional Damage changes depending on the equipped Stave's Damage Type.

    Undaunted Infiltrator: Changes
(2 items) Adds 945 Max Magicka 688 Weapon Critical
(3 items) Adds 945 Max Magicka 129 Weapon Damage
(4 items) Adds 672 Weapon Critical 129 Weapon Damage
(5 items) After casting an ability that costs Magicka, Light Attacks deal 756 additional Physical damage and Heavy Attacks deal 1134 additional Physical damage for 10 seconds. The Additional Damage changes depending on the equipped Weapon's Enchantment.

When we first launched the Dark Brotherhood update on the PTS, we removed some older item sets from both the Rewards for the Worthy bags and the AP vendors. As we had previously told everyone, we didn’t plan to remove the older item sets from the AP vendors. The removal was unintentional and due to a miscommunication, and we’re correcting it—we’ll explain what you can expect.

First, Rewards for the Worthy bags. We want Rewards for the Worthy bags to always be appealing, and contain the latest and greatest item sets. It’s also important that we keep the number of item sets in the Rewards for the Worthy loot table reasonable so your chances of completing your desired item set(s) are higher. We will continue to cycle out older sets from the Rewards for the Worthy bags, and replace them with newer item sets.

When we remove item sets from the Rewards for the Worthy bags, it is our intent that those item sets are still available for purchase from AP vendors. This didn’t happen when the Dark Brotherhood update went to the PTS, but it will. With next week’s PTS incremental patch (and Dark Brotherhood at launch), the older sets will be in thematic boxes sold by “Elite Gear” vendors in your alliance’s home base in Cyrodiil. Here is the full list:

    DEFENSIVE HEAVY BOX
    • Alessian Order
    • Bastion of the Heartland
    • Beckoning Steel
    • Blessing of the Potentates
    • Crest of Cyrodiil
    • Deadly Strike
    • Durok's Bane
    • The Juggernaut

    OFFENSIVE HEAVY BOX
    • Affliction
    • Armor of Truth
    • Blessing of the Potentates
    • Deadly Strike
    • Elf Bane
    • Ravager
    • Sergeant's Mail

    DEFENSIVE MEDIUM BOX
    • Barkskin
    • Crusader
    • Eagle Eye
    • Shadow Walker
    • Shield of the Valiant
    • Twin Sisters
    • Vengeance Leech

    OFFENSIVE MEDIUM BOX
    • Eagle Eye
    • Hawk's Eye
    • Kyne's Kiss
    • Sentry
    • The Morag Tong
    • Vengeance Leech
    • Ward of Cyrodiil

    DEFENSIVE LIGHT BOX
    • Almalexia's Mercy
    • Curse Eater
    • Desert Rose
    • Grace of the Ancients
    • Prayer Shawl
    • Robes of Onslaught
    • Wrath of the Imperium

    OFFENSIVE LIGHT BOX
    • Buffer of the Swift
    • Grace of the Ancients
    • Light of Cyrodiil
    • Noble Duelist's Silks
    • Robes of Alteration Mastery
    • The Arch-Mage
    • Wrath of the Imperium

All items from these boxes scale to the level of your character at the moment when you open the box, up to Champion 160. The boxes cost 20,000 AP apiece, and the items inside will always be Blue-quality. In a future update, we may look into expanding the item slots and Traits that these item sets come in, and/or moving them from the Elite Gear vendors to tie in more tightly with the Cyrodiil Town Capture mechanic.

We hope this helps address your concerns with the removed item sets, and we look forward to your feedback. Thank you!
