Item Sets Available from Rewards for the Worthy Bags & AP Vendors

Sadly I have to agree with this.

I'm really happy at the outcome posted here but why did it take three weeks for someone to make forums post saying "not intended, will be fixed" ?

Still as others have said this is a really interesting update and there will be a lot of new fun build emerging from those sets being scaled. I'm also interested in where the town mechanics will go from here.

I just looked up the sets, so Blue v16 jewelry is actually equal to v14 purple jewelry.

DEFENSIVE LIGHT BOX

• Almalexia's Mercy
• Curse Eater

All items from these boxes scale to the level of your character at the moment when you open the box, up to Champion 160. The boxes cost 20,000 AP apiece, and the items inside will always be Blue-quality. In a future update, we may look into expanding the item slots and Traits that these item sets come in, and/or moving them from the Elite Gear vendors to tie in more tightly with the Cyrodiil Town Capture mechanic.

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom please make make minor slayer and minor aegis to affect pvp. There should not be any buffs in buff system that affects only only 1 aspect of game and ignoring another.

Oh dear... just realized they made Cyrodiil's Light V16


ZOS... trust me, you don't want to do that (as long as it affects Templar Sweeps).

Make it affect cast spells only (not channeled) & it'll be fine - might even make people use Healing Ritual.

Their doing it this way so they can drain our AP am sure the boxes will have some bad RNG or something but hey they might surprise us.

Nice, great news!

This opens up so many different build possibilities, Im really excided that I finally have use for my 3.5m AP.

Marksman + Hawks Eye looks like an interesting combination for a bow build.

Atleast enchants in v16 jewelery are much better then in v14.

Finally this change all people was waiting for since IC . Lets hope it'll not create huge disbalance because I can see in my head now few pretty too OP combinations. But if we finally get all pvp sets upgraded to v16 version can we see more old pve sets return? I am talking especially about all sets drop from Dragonstar Arena which imo is one of the best group content in the game and noone goes there because of v14 gear. Also sets like Androitness, Construct,Oblivion from vet dungeons would be nice to see v16.

Yeah, these two are gonna have to be changed (nerfed).

The other sets need some buffs though. Especially the Heavy Armor ones (minus Ravager).
