    The "Crime Spree" repeatable from Kari's Tip Board seems to be bugged as I got it and had no progression in the quest from opening safeboxes in the marked locations. I opened about six of them and then gave up trying to beat it.

    EDIT: Turns out it is broken for Greenshade, but works fine in Grahtwood. However those are the only two places I have been sent on the Crime Spree repeatable quest.

    EDIT 2: While my "Crime Spree" quest did work with the first safebox, it does not go beyond the "small reward" part regardless of how many more safeboxes I open. So to reiterate my intial point, this type of quest is broken.

    Quest: A Faded Flower

    The quest marker directions to Velsa's Villa at the start of the quest should take you through the Weaver's Storeroom in the Warehouse District, and the Secret Passage, not all the way through the flooded district again. [The markers at the end of the quest do this correctly.]

    Darkhollow Halls has invisible hiding spots and also the eastern side of it has some ai pathing that is impossible to get past, making this Heist a lot harder than I suspect is intentional.

    Found an exploit with the Heists as well. If you enter them and unlock the chests you need to loot, then abandon the quest and pick it back up, it has all the previously unlocked chests still be unlocked. It seems like abandoning the heist and picking it back up does not reset the Heist instance.

    Bug:
    On the 2.3.1 PTS, Destro staff abilities are not scaling properly with the Elemental Expert passive, found in the Apprentice Champion tree.

    Adding points into the Elemental Expert passive results in far smaller damage increases, specifically with Destro staff abilities, than expected.

    This data was gathered from the in-game tooltips, both in the skill pane, and on the skill bar, with a Lightning staff equipped.

    This was confirmed by redistributing champion points, and changing no other buffs.
    I tested this with 100 points in Elemental Expert (+25% increase expected), and with 0 points in Elemental Expert (+0% increase expected), with 100 points unspent.

    Quest: The Shark's Teeth

    At the end of this quest, Shalug the Shark tells you to come back tomorrow for more work. However, when you return to her, there is nothing new to do. Her dialogue implies that "The Shark's Teeth" is repeatable, but the quest is not marked as such and does not reappear the next day.

    Stealing in front of a member of the Thieves' Guild will give you a bounty. For example I opened a treasure trove in front of Quen, in a place where there was nobody else.

Your test is wrong because of this; also, investing CP increases your stat pool (here it is Magicka) by a few %, which boosts your damage (and is reflected in the tooltips). You need to actually test this on enemies, but as far as I know it is like this on live as well and works fine.

    Edit: If you want to test, you need to invest the 100 CP somewhere else in the blue tree (like increased healing or so).

    Hmm, that certainly seems wrong. How many separate dolmens have you completed? Perhaps it's only counting each dolmen once. Although if you've completed all of them at least once, that would be 55, and still not 17.

    I don't make excuses for bugs.

    The tooltips establish the player expectation, since they are the only readily available player feedback, natively in-game.
    In this case, the feedback is incorrect, or the server side effect is incorrect, or both.
    Hence, it is a bug.

    Side note: Elemental expert does, indeed, affect the tooltip info for Sorc class skills.

    The test is valid, and so is the bug.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno is this just a visual bug of the character's panel or wasn't this fix implemented?

    ENDLESS Rewards for the Worthy STILL on most recent PTS mail spam for Templates. Could you possibly please make a rewards for the worthy sample box like all the other gear instead of putting hundreds of these items in the V16 Template mail???? I reported this on the first PTS Thieves Guild patch, nothing has been done about this!

    What may have happened was the stat sheet said you had Z% critical hit chance, but in reality you were only landing crits Y% of the time which is less than what your stat sheet claims. But then they did the same thing with the medium armor passive and tweaked Khajiit so they aren't getting funky results from stacking those two with the racial passive. All their patch note claims is that they fixed the discrepancy so your reported crit rate and actual Crit rate are better aligned and more accurate.

    Bug with Tabards. The black colours from tabards are washed out and some tabards are completely white instead of showing the colours and signs of the guild

    This one does not advocate for any class to be nerfed. There are far deeper underlying issues then a simple "Class Imbalance". The Champion System is the problem. Not classes.

    Shadow cloak on PTS is breakable with single target abilities.

    I just did some testint on Live and PTS, with NPC at Cyrodil Ressources.

    Live: i get attacked by mages and dks at flag: cloak works fine, and i can cloak away, and around them and cloak however i like

    PTS: i get attacked by mages and dks at flag: i cloak, mages shoot another attacks, uncloak, cloak and get hit again. so something is wrong with cloak as i shouldnt get uncloaked (or hit by those attacks as they are single target, and i get damage by them)

    Its the same for shadow disguise and dark cloak.

    Didnt test the unmorphed shadow cloak

    The Templar Eclipse ability (specifically the total dark morph) does ZERO damage when the debuff expires. It does the damage on Live.
    Make Rush of Agony "Monsters only." People should not be consecutively crowd controlled in a PvP setting. Period.

    I just upgraded my card to a GTX 750Ti. I do run Vista and see that I am not the only player having issues launching the PTS, but Vista should still work according to this thread

    Character name: Errim (AD vr16 template)
    Issue: Daedric Summons respawn placement error
    Instance: White-Gold Tower (normal scaled lv.10)

    When going through doors from one floor(area) to the next of WGT, summons sometimes (reliably but not guaranteed) spawn behind the Sorcerer. Since the character is placed with a wall to its back, they may end up *behind* the wall, where enemies cannot reach and where they cannot return from without teleporting. Moving away from the door sometimes causes the summon to relocate to the caster via teleport properly. Other times, they stay inaccessible, providing their active skills to the caster with no danger of loss via summon death. The second boss fight (with Otho Numidia, etc) takes place in a room small enough that the summoned Twilight or Clannfear cannot gain enough space from the caster to teleport inside.

    I'd take a guess that this is an issue with any area where you can spawn with your back to a wall. Whether or not the exterior level-map allows your summons to follow along outside the walls or not, would determine how long you may be without them.

    PTS 2.3.2, OS X 64-bit client.

    Holding a bow in idle animation, my FPS drop to 9. Drawing the bow and holding it for a heavy attack, FPS go up to 36 (vsync off). Bow and bowstring look funny ("highlighted") only when in attack position (high FPS), normal when idling (low FPS).
