    Got a minor bug with a quest, seems it can be solved by relogging, but I'm still reporting it just in case.

    Quest: Everyone Has A Price
    Issue: Something can cause Walks-Softly to disappear after he is done talking to Anais at the Pirate Hideout inside Shark's Teeth Grotto.
    Solution: Relogging makes Walk-Softly reappear.

    (Completed the quest earlier with no problems, after the 2.3.1)

    Weapon Crit bug with Potions and Evilhunter/Flames of Oblivions.

    The Potion Major Savagery buff gets overwriten by evil Hunter/Flames of Oblivion for some strange reason, so if you swap to 2nd bar and dont have Evil Hunter there you loose the 10% crit because the System does not remember that the Potion Crit buff still is up.

    I tested some skills like Puncturing Sweeps, BLoodcraze, Burning Embers etc and there are some very strange results. Some skills do heal when the enemy has a shield up and some do not. It seems it is bugged to me and should be fixed. The video shows the skills in action

    Another bug with the sentry set:
    The Sentry set is bugged at the moment. I explain everything in the video
    So basically, when you wear 5 pieces sentry then Radiant Magelight does NOT work at all.

    Jabs and Radiant Glory can't heal upon hitting damage shields, heals are not crit. Also on pts unlike live, Jabs can't proc Siphon from resto-staff. Puncturing Sweep still can't proc Siphon, but when it restore hp from damage it proc visual effect of Siphon.
    Also I got this problem after quick quit, only relog helped:

    Don't know if this is a bug, but it's pretty annoying. In the new Zone I have under 30 FPS constantly. In the old Zones I have much higher average FPS.

    Comparing the same character on Live Server and PTS (2.3.2) and with exactly the same skills slotted in bars, on the character's panel I read exactly the same critical strike chances.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno is this just a visual bug of the character's panel or wasn't this fix implemented?

    What may have happened was the stat sheet said you had Z% critical hit chance, but in reality you were only landing crits Y% of the time which is less than what your stat sheet claims. But then they did the same thing with the medium armor passive and tweaked Khajiit so they aren't getting funky results from stacking those two with the racial passive. All their patch note claims is that they fixed the discrepancy so your reported crit rate and actual Crit rate are better aligned and more accurate.

    It could be as you explained then, thanks. :)

    My username on PTS is Silvershell and I realized that Biting Jabs (Puncturing Strikes morph) is not triggering one of the Two Handed passive abilities called "Heavy Weapons" which says that "Axes grant your melee attacks 16% to apply a bleed dealing XXXXX physical damage over 6 seconds." I have a Battle Axe equipped. I always thought that biting jabs is a melee attack especially since it can trigger the Ravager set.

    Fix those damn double ultimates. Everyone on live now spamming them and it didn't fixed on pts.

    "The Cutpurse's Craft" is incorrectly listed as a Hew's Bane quest, rather than a Guild quest.

    (May have mentioned this before:) The "Poison Dart Traps" in Cleaning House are not glowing while hidden. Early on in the game, you are taught that traps are supposed to glow when you're hidden.

    The arcane fire in the mages guild in Orsinium is missing but it still makes the fire sounds.

    Yes, the set has been behaving oddly. Some of its weirder interactions were fixed in 2.3.2. If you're aware of anything else weird it's doing, this is the place to speak up :smile:

    Guild heraldry is broken. There are about ten rows of colour boxes in red section - most of them empty, and too little colours on others.

    Tabard had lost some colours from live. There should be dark red fill, but it's white now.

    Proxy Det should never have been classified as a DoT. It doesn't do damage over time, but instead does damage after a given time. That is substantially different. Same with the Sorc's curse. None of these abilities have "ticks". They simply have delayed damage.

    Points: All passsives invested, 100 Elemental Expert 100 Bastion 100 Magician
    Gear: Template 5 piece Julianos, 3 piece Willpower, Sharpened Maelstrom Inferno Staff
    Enemy: Mammoth (Wrothgar)

    Issue: Daedric Prey's increase to summon damage is non-functional with the Volatile Familiar's Active ability Familiar Damage Pulse. Tooltip value: 55% damage increase. Judging by the casting Sorceror's Champion Point bonuses scaling this attack (Thaumaturge, Elemental Expert, Elfborn), I'm going to guess that the problem is that the caster, and not the summon, is technically responsible for the damage. Player character damage is not boosted by this skill under normal conditions.

    I hope that this can be fixed while maintaining the CP scaling, if at all possible. If my inkling is correct, giving the Familiar full ownership of the Pulse damage would allow Prey to apply, but drop the Champion bonuses. It would result in a small damage increase to the single target curse is applied to, and a heavy nerf to the AoE potential of Volatile Familiar at max CP. I don't think the playerbase would appreciate that circumstance.

    I noticed this a while ago but since the trinimac set is going to be craftable thought i would bring it up,
    the light Dwarven helmet affects the shoulders of trinimac light. The texture is affected parts of the shoulders become blank with no texture with the helmet on

    Kari's Hit List - I'm assuming King Farangel's Ode to Wayrest is supposed to grant a lorebook one way or another. However, the stolen item cannot be used from inventory to read anything, and after you've placed it, it's not interactable either. (If the lorebook is found somewhere else, and I've missed it, sorry!). The icon is still not displaying, at least not on that one item.

    Abah's Landing map is in a messy state regarding names, signs and locations. Given the chaos that local merchant lords are creating, perhaps it's not surprising.
    *Erurmil (blacksmith) appears listed in three places, although his physical body is only located in Sharper's Alley. Give the poor man a break, unless you want to wear him off well before his retirement age :lol:
    *The stables have no name on the map (Stables), but they do have a name on the sign (Hoof In Hand Stables)
    *The brewer Fenteladir listed as part of Hew's Mane inn, but apparently he also has his own eh.. brewery! He really should make up his mind whether he wants to become an entrepreneur or remain an employee.
    *The alchemist Talvenyl Salvilo is listed simply as part of the "Promenade", but he does however have his own shop!?
    *Several signs of vendor stalls/some stores do not display any names when you hover over them (the ones in Bazaar, Tall Papa's Hoard, possibly more). Branding is critical for attracting the right customer groups! :/

    The bleed does not get proced by Channeled abilities like Rapid Strikes and Biting jabs although those are physical melee abilities.

    Considering the amount of bugs being reported, ZOS should create a separate issue tracker with statuses, ETAs and responsive developers. Currently it looks like many issues are just forgotten and lost in depths of the forum. Nvm, just dreaming :p

    Thieves Guild Quest Progression:

    After 2.3.4, Velsa's "A Faded Flower" appeared at Rank 4 +10 Rep, instead of straight on Rank 4. Presumably one of the lower rank requirements was adjusted by -10, as my Guild progression also went from 5 Rep below Rank 4 to 5 Rep over Rank 4. This should be corrected, otherwise quests will not line up correctly with ranks.

    Edit: Just a quick confirmation to say this is not exclusive to "A Faded Flower". The Rank 5 quest "A Flawless Plan" also turned up late, at Rank 5 +10 Rep instead of straight on Rank 5.

    There are a few new bugs 2 of them hilarious.

    As you can see that is the animation i get when summoning my mount it stays like that permanently, also notice all the pink even in the waterfall and lastly the naked guy...the pants took the texture and color of his skin lol, all the hostile NPCs in Hew's Bane are invisible, the running animation of mounts has no animation its like a statue sliding everywhere.

    This is using 64bit client

    Oh shoot i forgot to mention i can't go into first person on the 64 bit client, haven't tried 32 bit tough.

    Edit: most of the emotes don't work either :'(
