When are you going to fix orsinium. Your first DLC. My character has been locked for over a week and so has many other people's characters too. The biggest thing is you rather sell a product the invest in.

Would like to know for One Tamriel with the ability to go to any zone, will we actually be able to ride to each zone or will it just be alot of wayshrine traveling? The game would definately be more immersive if we were actually able to ride across the map and be given the ability to explore better.

Mr Firor, why doesnt ESO work any more?? the game was good a few updates ago but now it is an unplayable mess of a game, how does that happen??

There needs to be an ESO Live sooner rather than later. Matt needs to be on it, as well as Brian Wheeler. No advertising the next content, no advertising DB. There needs to be an effort to communicate to the player base why the game is in such a lousy place and what is being done to address it. How a patch can be released to console that is borderline unplayable is beyond me. Crashed every 10 minutes or so on ESO. Spent about 90 minutes playing Overwatch and my no disconnects or lag. Why are so many abilities broken, why have so many bugs been introduced? What are you doing to fix it quickly, and what are you doing to insure this doesn't happen again? Why should everyone who's cancelled their sub over performance or cheating issues want to resub again? Why should a new player want to sub? What is going on with customer support? Is there a plan to improve the lousy support system?

With the announcement of the long-awaited "barber shop" and race change, will there also be any racial passives changes to make the races more balanced? You can't put the Altmer passives next to an Argonian's and say they're balanced. I remember back when you first announced that you were working on the barber shop that you said you would not make any drastic racial passives changes until a race change option was in place. The idea being that you might make a currently poor choice for a magicka-based character, now a good choice and you wanted to give players the option to switch. Well, race change is coming, are any passives changes on the agenda, as well?

Is there still hope for Argonians and Nords, the despised step-children of all the racial passives?

1. race change, basic appearance change - in-game gold
2. special changes and special haircuts, other special features - crown store

personally I'd like all skills to use magika, equip a 2 handed sword and you can have a damage shield without using magika? really? game would make more sense and be easier to balance with one resource.

On console can you add an option to keep your health, magicka, and stamina bars always on?
There's an option to turn your ability bar always on, which I use.
Currently you only see your resource bars when you use the resource, swap bars (stats can change) or take damage.
It's very weird when you're in combat and your health bar disappears as a tank. You have to infer that you're at 100% health. But you have no idea if you have a damage shield on or not (granted they only last 6 seconds).
The resource bars disappearing has been functioning like this since launch.

My question is why did you bring the blade of woe into the dlc? I'm sorry but I'm a lore freak and in oblivion Lucien Lachance tells you it's a virgin blade and has never been used. You guys totally contradicted that so I'm wondering if eso is even lore friendly at all.

There is no way the state of this game on XB1 should have gotten to this point.
ZOS had to know it wasn't working before the DB DLC.
If not, than what kind of operation are you running here?

Khajiit would like the clarification yes on the new styles of the hair and things.

Will the hair work like a hat in that once you have bought it then it will be available for all your apprentices?

Will you then have to pay again (crowns or gold) to use that hairstyle by the appearance change mechanism. Paying twice to use something? Khajiit she does not like this so much.

Khajiit does not also like much the idea that changing the appearance may be activated by the purchase of a crown store token only. Please reassure this one that appearance change will be for gold coins - or that you have the choice of buying a crown token. Not that it will be crown store exclusive. This one thinks this will leave a nasty taste in the jaws for many.

It would be nice if the character change tokens gave us a window of time to make changes as opposed to just a one-time thing. What looks good in character creation doesn't often look good in game. Sadly, I'm sure it will be one and done. It would actually be nice if there was like a character creation area, similar to Hircine's Grounds or the vampire area which is separate from the regular game where you can test run your character before committing to changes. How will this token system work? Will there be an option to see how changes look in-game before burning the probably expensive token?

The new blocking indicator breaks immersion and makes it more difficult in first person view to clearly see red circles of death on the ground, which is already a challenge in first person. Can we get a "hide indicator" toggle for this effect, or at the very least, revert it to where it is hidden in first person view (as it was in PTS 2.4.0 patch)?

Will you please give me an option to turn off screen shakes?

After two years of playing, I've stopped healing because I can no longer tolerate the abrupt screen shaking from every cast of Healing Springs. It's sad because I otherwise enjoy the role of healer. I was healing Maw of Lorkhaj a month or so ago and was getting a headache and feeling nauseous near the end of the run, even worse than before. At that point, I told the raid leader that I was done with healing until this screen shake was removed.

My screen also shakes violently when Sorcerers Bolt Escape nearby. It can be quite annoying when I am just trying to chill in town or something.

Please, for the love of God and all that is holy, give us the option to turn off screen shaking in the Gameplay Settings.

Ah, this ESO Live will be such a disaster. The game has so many problems right now it is hard to even figure which to ask on about first, even though we all know you guys will be ignoring and likely deleting all those questions.
