I swear, this is the tenth time I've seen this incorrect analogy.Things like this always happen, like when I buy something such as a $2000 dollar simmons beauty rest bed and then a month later it's 50% off with bonus free luxury $200 sheet set. Those who buy quick often are burned.
Loyalty doesn't seem rewarded these days face it those who have been long term with their bank get charged certain bank fees unless they speak up and new accounts don't.

How much cool would that have been? Incentives don't have to be exclusives.
How cool would it have been if players had the maturity to say, "Oh look, they're giving new players an incentive to join. Nice. Now we'll have more people to play with. I am sad I won't have this pet, but I'm happy to have more potential friends online."

No, we can get the dog. The problem is, we'd have to buy the game again, make a whole new account, and start completely from scratch.Maverick827 wrote: »I swear, this is the tenth time I've seen this incorrect analogy.Things like this always happen, like when I buy something such as a $2000 dollar simmons beauty rest bed and then a month later it's 50% off with bonus free luxury $200 sheet set. You can still go buy that $200 sheet if you wanted to. We can't get the dog no matter what.

I'm with those above, there should seriously be a way for us to get it also.

To correct your analogy, @Auralia, let's say you bought that $2000 mattress, and a month later, it's 50% off with a free luxury sheet set that you can't get anywhere else, and you can only use it with the 50% off mattress, not the original $2000 one.
So your only option, if you want the sheet set, is to buy the mattress again.

Most people who get the mangy mut will probably delete it when they run out of bank space. I've deleted every pet I have ever been given. Bank space is useful. Pets arent
Still at least the "No"s have the upper hand in the 'Does the vanity pet really bug you?" poll. Take that complainers.

The issue is the seemingly growing disregard by Zenimax for its current player base.
Has anyone purchased this? Do you receive a code to redeem?
I need some positive karma, so I'd enjoy being able to buy it through steam, treasure my doge code and give away the digi copy if that's the case, Zeni ples?
Does anyone know?

We have gotten constant updates and fixes in response to player concerns. They're even changing the entire VR system due to the whining from players. And you still think they have a disregard for the playerbase?
This is a perfect example of the entitlement the OP is talking about. You don't deserve anything for playing this game. You're playing the game because you have fun playing it. If that isn't the case, please quit. But ZO isn't required to give you validation or rewards because you like their product.
Whats your official title at Z-max office again? I must remember to send some flowers and a package of biscuits to you and the rest of the staff. You and your squad is doing a real good job defending every wrong turn this game has taken so far.
Aw, cute. A "He's a ZO shill!" argument. It would also be hilarious if it wasn't such a tired-out trope. But it's still adorable.
But it's okay for you and others to make the "entitlement" argument that is beyond tired and more often than not comes across as ageism? FFS.
Believing that you deserve a reward for nothing is the definition of entitlement. Please feel free to correct me if the Oxford dictionary folks got together and changed that.
