Veteran Content too difficult?

All of my characters are in the same alliance. Typically I would make characters in other alliances to see the content but after going through almost every quest on my first guy I already saw all of their quests. After doing it all once I get no joy out of repeating it.

Honeslty I think craglorn grinding is one of the reasons a lot of people stayed in the game and continued to level.
Grinding Craglorn is not an exploit. They are not patching it, have no plans to change it and the devs are comfortable with this. Basically the VR zone grind is only if you want the extra skill points othewise they are totally OK with you grinding it out. Plan to see more of this as VR levels rise.
Having completed all VR zones on my NB, I wish I ground out in Craglorn. More than half the time against packs of 3 VR trash mobs, certain death. God help you if one is a healer... At VR10 I took her into Cralorn the other day and she was solo'ing packs of 4-5 VR11s with such ease she didn't even have to pop a potion or food.

Craglorn grind is easier, faster, a dream for those who hate questing.... You really can't blame people for doing it. It's logical and more efficient use of time to grind out in Craglorn. And as this guy points out, the ZOS Overseers apparently have no issue with it so... grind away if that's your thing.

As for the bragging rights thing.... In no way to judge anyone, but I do have some sympathy for anyone who's highlight in their life is being at the top of a leader-board, or snazzy title to show off to people in a community who aren't even looking at it or care about it... (That being said as someone with Tamriel Hero title) You want something to brag about, go get some sort of degree or certification to make enough money to improve your life, build a shelter for battered women... as a guy stated, do something to make your kid tell you that you're the best if you have kids.... Being able to "Faceroll" packs of 3 VR10s and come to the forums to tell others to L2P, or anything of the sorts, is actually nothing to brag about. But on the other hand, if that's your twist, I'm not going to get in your face about it either.

Well this tells something that not everything is quite right. VR1-10 was supposed to be challenging solo or to be played in group of 2. Craglorn was supposed to be played in a group of 4. Since VR1-10 seems to have difficulty as it should be, Craglorn needs huge difficulty buff.

The problem with the VR zones isn't just difficulty. There's just no one there to help when it's needed. They obviously intended VR material for more than one but it's just you and the npc's most of the time.

I kind of look at it like this. You can do a million one dollar jobs and get a million dollars. Or you can write one piece of software that sells for a million dollars. At the end of the day if you feel more accomplished having done one million jobs then great! Anything that gives you joy in this world you should do. Either way you end up with a millions dollars and can buy the exact same amount of stuff.

Some people are just driven to be the best at whatever they do. Be it running the best shelter for battered women, earning a first at uni or playing games on a computer. I used to race motorbikes. Almost killed myself trying to be the best I could. This is safer
